人們對於產品功能及外型要求越來越高,一些產品因具有複雜自由曲面,所以很難直接從實物模型繪製CAD圖,再者某些原廠僅提供樣品模型,並沒有實際的工作圖,所以需藉由逆向工程技術來達到建立圖形,藉以作為設計分析或仿製用途。因此需透過事前導入並行工程的觀念,考量量測到加工處理產品的設計、製程規劃及製造功能需求性,使得產品從量測到加工完成都能同步化,完成系統間的整合共通性。
本論文係導入並行工程概念針對模具應用及逆向工程觀念,整合三次元座標量測儀(CMM Coordinate Measurement Machine)與PC級電腦輔助與設計(CAD/CAM)系統架構。以統計學原理估算出取樣點之大小及位置作為路徑規劃之安排,利用CMM取得點群數據資料,再以ASCII碼格式將量測資料點轉入MasterCam軟體中,再從量測資料中選幾條具有代表性量測線轉換成曲線進行B-Spline插值,依據截面曲線外形分別嵌合不同曲面,再利用曲面接合連續性質,重建出實體曲面模型,並進行切削加工。
The function and appearance of products is getting more important for people. Some have the complex free-form surfaces, so it is hard to draw CAD graphs of solid models directly. Secondly some original factories only offer sample models without a practical flow chart. Building graphs by the technology of reverse engineering can be used in designing analysis and imitation way. Induct the conception of
concurrent engineering, considering measurement, designing of process product, process planning and functional necessity making to accomplish the systematic integration.
This thesis introduce the concept of concurrent engineering aim of mold appliance and reverse engineering to intergrate CMM and estimating the sample points and positions by the statistical method of path planning arrangment. Some numeral data gained by CMM go through ASCII form and convert into MasterCam software. To select some representative measure lines doing the B-SPLINE. According to the appearance of cross-section curves to panel different surfaces then agglutinate consecutive surfaces, rebuild solid surface model and begin
cut manufacturing.
