本論文主旨在於研製一套以數位訊號處理器為基礎之永磁同步馬達驅動系統,使用德州儀器公司所製造的數位訊號處理器TMS320F240作為控制晶片。數位訊號處理器,有以下的優點:如精確度高、可靠度高…等,且TMS320F240具有完整的馬達控制介面,可達到以DSP軟體為主之全數位化永磁同步馬達控制。

另外,本論文探討針對速度迴路,應用模糊控制器結合PI控制器於永磁同步馬達速度控制。本文提出的模糊控制器加上PI控制器將在幾種不同情況下做測試,譬如無載、加載、參數變動等情況。模擬和實驗結果亦和傳統的PI控制器作比較。結果顯示,本文所提模糊控制器加上PI控制器能獲得良好的控制特性及比傳統PI控制器具有更高的強健性。
This thesis presents the development of a permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive system based on a TMS320F240 digital-signal-processor (DSP) produced by Texas Instruments. The PMSM drive system was implemented using DSP with advantages such as high precision and reliability, etc. Owing to the complete TMS320F240 motor control interface this DSP can achieve the objective of fully digital PMSM control.
This thesis proposes a speed controller comprised of fuzzy and PI controllers for the PMSM drive system. The proposed control scheme is easily implemented using the TMS320F240 DSP. The proposed control scheme was investigated using several different cases, no load, applied load and parameter variations. The simulation and experimental results for the proposed control scheme were compared with a conventional PI controller. The results show that the proposed control scheme has good performance and is more robust than the conventional PI controller.
