許多使用者在瀏覽網頁時,常常開啟多個視窗瀏覽,同時在每個網頁間切換瀏覽,這種行為稱為多重瀏覽(Interlaced Browsing)。現在的網頁畫面編排形式以及架構有著不同的呈現方式,當使用者在多重瀏覽的行為下,即使原先資料在之前已經閱讀過,由另一個視窗再切換回原視窗時,使用者仍得花些時間找尋在每個網頁所欲得到資訊的部分,此為多重瀏覽的暫留問題。本研究使用瞳孔追蹤系統進行實驗,以確認多重瀏覽行為的發生以及發生頻率。接著運用使用性的啟發式方法,由專家的建議找出解決暫留問題的建議,並且將建議進行驗證實驗,以確定改進建議對於暫留問題確有改善。
A lot of WWW users usually open many browser windows and jump from this window to another. We call the behavior “Interlaced Browsing”. The homepages in these days looks very different. When people interlaced browsing, they may lose what they want even they have ever read those data. They browse from the browser window to another and they still have to spend some time to find where the information they found a moment ago. We call the situation “Interlaced Browsing Missing”. This research uses eyetracker to study the “Interlaced Browsing Missing”, and search for some suggestion to improve the speed of interlaced browsing.
