遠距會診中人員與會診的管理上必須遵循某些安全機制,因此資料庫設計在遠距系統中扮演十分重要的技術.本論文在探討如何設計一個資料庫來管理遠距會診系統中的人員與會診資訊.為了安全性與靈活度的考量,會診系統定義三種人員身份分別為member, invited member,與potential member.不同的參與人員擁有不同的存取權限,例如:預約會診,觀摩會診,與重播會診.此外亦可針對會診需求設定不同的屬性,如:是否開放觀摩,會診內容是否儲存.會診所需記錄的資訊包含,會診參與人員,會診起始時間,會診主題以及所需的醫療影像,本論文主要在設計一個資料庫系統來管理這些資訊.為了提升資料庫效能與安全性,在設計上我們考量資料表的設計,資料表的正規劃,以及資料庫觸發程式的規劃.
Database design plays one essential technique in a Tele-consultation system, particularly if the persons and the discussion sessions are to be managed appropriately following some security restriction. This thesis describes the design approach of the database for managing the personal and sessions in a Tele-consultation system. For security and flexibility considerations, this Tele-consultation system defines three types of personal in the system, including the potential members, members, and invited members. Various types of personal have their own right in access the system, such as whether they can reserve a discussion session from the system, whether they can ask for observing the process of a discussion session, whether they can review a discussion session. In this system a discussion session are allowed to be set with different properties, such as whether it is opened for others to attend in-observe, whether it will be stored for later review. Associated with each discussion session is also the information about the attendee of the session, the session start time, the discussion topic, and the referred medical images. In order to properly manage the system regarding all the sessions, the personals, a database is designed in this thesis. In order to have the database properly designed regarding the performance, efficiently, and security, several design concerns such as the relational table entries, the normalization, and suitably using the procedure triggers are also discussed in this thesis.
