本研究的目的是在探討不同強度的規律運動訓練,對人體安靜及運動狀態中,心臟自主神經功能的影響。本研究是以志願且無規律運動習慣之健康男子大學生24名為研究對象,其中控制組為5名(平均年齡21.4±4.30歲;控制組乃不做運動訓練者)、低強度運動訓練組6名(平均年齡21.83±2.64歲)、中強度運動訓練組6名(平均年齡20.5±0.55歲)及高強度運動訓練組7名(平均年齡18.57±0.79歲)。所有受試者在前測時,皆進行安靜仰臥十分鐘及最大衰竭運動的測試,其間以POLAR VANTAGE NV心跳紀錄器不斷地記錄其R-R波間期,並以Medical Graphics CPX/D System 計測其最大攝氧量(以下簡稱為VO2max)。前測結束後,運動訓練組分別進行4週、每週3次、每次30分鐘以上之不同強度(低強度組從事40%THR以下、中強度組從事40%∼60%THR之間、高強度組從事60%THR以上)的規律運動訓練。經4週的運動訓練後,所有受試者再進行一次與前測相同的測試項目。前、後測所測得之安靜仰臥和運動中的R-R波間期信號經快速傅力葉(Fast Fourier Transform :FFT)轉換求得一功率頻譜,並以功率頻譜中「HF/TP×100」所求出之HF%視為評估副交感神經活動的指標;而以「LF/TP×100」所求出之LF%視為評估交感神經活動的指標。藉以瞭解不同運動強度的短期運動訓練對心臟自主神經的影響。經統計分析與比較之後,得到以下之結果:1、高強度組之運動訓練後的VO2max顯著地高於運動訓練前(42.36±6.14→49.69±5.86;p<0.01),而控制組及低、中強度組運動訓練前、後皆無顯著差異。2、中、高強度組之運動訓練後的HRrest顯著地低於運動訓練前(皆為p<0.05),而控制組和低強度組則均無顯著差異。3、安靜仰臥時的心率變異度頻譜分析,在LF%及HF%方面,只有高強度組在運動訓練後顯著地低於(p<0.01)或高於(p<0.01)運動訓練前,而其他各組均無顯著差異。4、高強度運動訓練組於運動訓練後之運動初期的LF%要比運動訓練前達微弱之顯著差異水準(p=0.08)的下減而運動訓練後的HF%則要比運動訓練前達微弱之顯著差異水準(p=0.07)的增升。其他各組則均無任何達顯著水準的差異性。根據以上之研究結果,本研究得到以下的結論:短期之規律運動訓練為欲改善安靜狀態或運動中之心臟自主神經活性的調控狀態,是以高強度的運動訓練的效果較佳。換言之,高強度的運動訓練對安靜狀態及運動中之交感神經的減弱作用及對副交感神的增強作用的效果。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the Effect of Exercise Training with Different intensity on Autonomic Nervous Systems at Rest and Exercise. In pretest, 24 volunteers, untrained, and healthy males (five in control group, six in low intensity group, six in medium intensity group and seven in high intensity group) were underwent 10 min supine rest test and exercise test to the point of exhaustion. After pretest, the trained groups were to accept different intensity (below 40%THR for low intensity group, 40%∼60%THR for medium intensity group , above 60%THR for high intensity group and the control group did no exercise training) regular exercises, that is , above 30 min for one time, three times a week for 4 weeks. After the exercise trainings in 4 weeks, all the subjects were underwent 10 min supine rest test and exercise test to the point of exhaustion again。The signals of pretest and postest of R-R intervals in supine rest and exercise test to the point of exhaustion were transformed into power spectrum, and the HF% are used as the indicators evaluating parasympathetic tone, and LF% are used to evaluate sympathetic tone, by using these indicators we can explore the effect on autonomy nervous system of heart in different intensity of exercise trainings. The results suggested that: 1. There were no significant differences among control group, low and medium groups. And after the exercise trainings, the high intensity group’s VO2max were higher than before. 2. After training, the HRrest of medium and high intensity groups were significantly lower than before; and those of control group and low intensity group had no significant differences. 3. Only had the high intensity group the LF%and HF%in heart rate variability analysis when supine rest were significantly lower than those of pretest; and the other groups had no significant differences.   4. There were no significantly differences among the groups in heart rate variability analysis at exercise initial stage, middle stage and last stage after training. However, the LF%of high intensity group showed a tendency toward getting lower, while the HF% were getting higher. The conclusion of the research is: high intensity and regular exercise trainings are better for positive effect on autonomy nervous system of heart when during rest and exercise.
