流程自動化在商業界已被廣泛使用, 但鮮少有人將這個領域引入學校的事務系統內. 在這篇論文裡, 我們將介紹一個以一般通用性為設計理念的系所事務管理系統, 並以交通大學資訊工程系為實例將它實作出來. 在論文中, 我們將討論此系統對傳統系務所做的改善, 並整理出此系統在不同系所使用時所必須注意的要點.

Workflow automation has been popularly adopted by commerce, but there are few efforts to lead this technology into management system in university. In this paper, we will introduce a department management system which is constructed for general purpose, and implement it as a CSIE department management system in national Chiao Tung university. We will discuss the improvement to traditional department tasks, and collect the properties of changes when deploying our system to different departments.
