本篇文章提出一個多國供應鏈之水平分工模式,此模式可以用於支援變動環境下的跨國企業最佳化產能分配及生產、配銷決策,而此多國供應鏈模式的目標在於求得跨國企業整體稅後盈餘最大化。在本研究中利用此一模式,模擬了不同環境變數及移轉計價下之產能分配和生產策略。
This paper presents a model for establishing a horizontal cooperation supply chain network with manufacturing plants located in different countries. It can be used to support multinational manufacturing capacity allocation, production and distribution decisions in changing environment. The objective for this multinational supply chain model is to maximize the after-tax profits of a multinational corporation. We simulate the optimal allocation and production policy in different environment states and transfer price.
