本研究目的乃就影響人力資源部門角色因素進行探討,經取得98 份有效樣本進行分析,得如下之主要實證結果:
一、人力資源管理能力愈強,對其扮演人力資源部門管理角色的正向影響增強。
1:人力資源管理能力愈強,對其扮演策略伙伴角色的正向影響增強。
2:人力資源管理能力愈強,對其扮演行政專家角色的正向影響增強。
3:人力資源管理能力愈強,對其扮演員工關懷角色的正向影響增強。
4:人力資源管理能力愈強,對其扮演變革促動角色的正向影響增強。
二、賦能程度愈高,對扮演人力資源部門管理角色大部份均呈正向影響。
1:賦能程度愈高,對扮演策略伙伴角色並無正向的影響。
2:賦能程度愈高,對扮演行政專家角色的正向影響增強。
3:賦能程度愈高,對扮演員工關懷角色的正向影響增強。
4:賦能程度愈高,對扮演變革促動角色的正向影響增強。
三、 資訊電子產業或非資訊電子產業對人力資源部門管理角色之扮演,資訊電子產業於行政專家及變革促動角色上, 影響反而較弱,其他三個角色,二個產業沒有明顯差異。
四、 公司規模大小對人力資源部門管理角色之扮演,四個角色均無明顯強弱的影響差異。
五、 在人力資源管理能力與主管賦能的交互作用上,對行政專家及變革促動角色上的扮演,有著明顯正向影響,但其他二個角色則無。
六、 在人力資源管理能力與產業類別的交互作用上,對策略伙伴角色上的扮演,資訊電子產業有明顯正向影響,資訊電子產業對其他三個角色則無。
七、 在人力資源管理能力與公司規模的交互作用上,對行政專家及變革促動角色上的扮演,規模大的公司反而呈現較弱的影響,其他角色則無。
