[摘要]
本研究旨在探討不同性別、年級、職業類科、就業狀況的高職進修學校學生在生涯成熟、生活角色重要性的情形,以及生涯成熟與生活角色重要性的相關情形。本研究以「生涯發展量表」、「生活角色重要性量表」為研究工具,母群體為台灣省中部地區公私立高職附設進修學校之全體學生,並以分層叢集抽樣方式抽取1139名學生為本研究之樣本,得有效樣本數為848份,回收率為74.45 %。所得資料以多變項變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定、積差相關等統計方法考驗研究假設,研究結果摘要如下:
一、不同性別學生在生涯成熟上有顯著差異;在生活角色重要性上亦有顯著差異。
二、不同年級學生在生涯成熟上有顯著差異;在生活角色重要性上並無顯著差異。
三、不同職業類科學生在生涯成熟上有顯著差異;在生活角色重要性上亦有顯著差異。
四、不同就業狀況學生在生涯成熟上有顯著差異;在生活角色重要性上亦有顯著差異。
五、高職進修學校學生的生涯成熟與生活角色重要性有相關存在。發現三個趨勢:(一)生涯成熟的生涯感受、生涯試探、生涯計劃等向度與三個生活角色的覺知與投入向度皆達顯著相關。(二)生涯成熟六個向度以生涯計劃與生活角色重要性的相關程度最高。(三)角色覺知向度與生涯成熟各向度的相關係數,普遍以學習角色最高; 角色投入向度上,普遍以工作角色最高。
本研究根據研究結果深入討論並提出建議,作為生涯諮商實務理論之探討及後續研究之參考。
[Abstract]
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of gender, grade, vocation major and employment differences on career maturity and life roles salience. The relationships between career maturity and life roles salience was also examined in this study. The population was full time students at continuation vocational high school from middle west Taiwan. The sample consisted of 1,139 students. As a result, 848 usable questionnaires were analyzed and the usable returned rate was 74.45 %. Data were collected in the classrooms by using the Career Development Inventory & the Life Roles Salience Inventory. A number of statistical techniques MANOVA, independent-sample t test and Pearson''s product-moment correlation were adopted to analyze the variables above. The results of this study were demonstrated as following:
1.Gender differences in career maturity were found. Gender differences in life roles salience were also found.
2.Grade differences in career maturity were found. However, there was no significant differences between grade and life role salience.
3.Vocation major differences in career maturity were found. Vocation major differences in life roles salience were also found.
4.Employment differences in career maturity were found. Employment differences in life roles salience were also found.
5.Career maturity was related to life roles salience. Three correlation patterns were found. (1) The correlations between the dimensions of career feeling, career exploration, career planning of career maturity and the dimensions of perception, participation of life role, had significant positive correlations. (2) Among the six dimensions of career maturity, the correlations between career planning and life roles salience were the strongest. (3) The dimension of perception among three life roles, the correlations between study role and all dimensions of career maturity were the strongest. The dimension of participation among three life roles, the correlations between work role and all dimensions of career maturity were the strongest.
According to the results of this study, discussions and suggestions for career counseling practice and future research in this field were proposed.
