隨著科技的進步,電腦的使用可以代替許多以前以人力工作的部分,並且藉由著電腦的幫助,在企業之中可以將許多複雜的流程交由電腦處理,以達到節省時間即提升整體企業效率的目的。近幾十年來,隨著電腦科技的發展,企業導入電腦技術來輔助工作的情形越來越高,但是電腦的使用者對電腦本身的態度,以及使用者本身所擁有的電腦知識,及其人格特質,是否會因此影響到工作的績效,目前仍沒有具有相當足夠的資料可以確定。
因此本研究之目的即為試圖找出在企業之中,電腦使用者本身所擁有的電腦知識,還有人格特質,及電腦態度與工作績效之間的關係。所採用的研究方式為以在企業之中的有使用電腦進行工作的員工,進行問卷的發放。在經過統計分析整理後,得到以下的結果:
1. 某些特定之人格特質會影響使用者本身的電腦態度。
2. 擁有電腦知識程度越高者,其電腦態度越為正面。
3. 使用者本身電腦態度與工作績效之表現無關。
4. 某些特定的人格特質與工作績效之表現有顯著相關。
