內容摘要：
本研究主要探討南投縣實施諮詢教師方案以後，其境內國民中小學特教教師在專業知能的諮詢需求與諮詢意願現況，以及對諮詢教師方案的期望。首先以文獻探討方式了解南投縣諮詢教師方案的運作以及諮詢的相關研究。其次以縣內國中小特教班教師一百九十五位為問卷對象，結果問卷回收一百五十份，並徵得其中二十五位同意者進行訪談，以了解目前縣內特教教師的諮詢需求與意願情形，以及特教教師對諮詢教師方案的期待。研究結果如下：
一、特教教師普遍需要專業知能方面的諮詢。
二、特教教師普遍願意尋求專業知能方面的諮詢。
三、教師的諮詢需求與諮詢意願之間有顯著的正相關。
四、資源班教師、女性教師、特教服務年資較低及較高的教師、無特教學歷教師、代課教師及普教教師，其諮詢需求有較高的傾向。
五、資源班教師、女性教師、特教服務年資較低教師、無特教學歷及學士後師資班學歷的教師、代課教師及合格特教教師，其諮詢意願有較高的傾向。
六、諮詢需求與意願和諮詢經驗多寡無明顯關係，而和諮詢經驗良窳有關。
七、特教教師除需要專業知能的支援以外，也需要心理的支持。
八、特教教師普遍肯定諮詢教師方案的實施。
九、諮詢教師方案尚有調整空間。
根據上述的研究結果，本研究針對教育主管機關、師資培育機構以及諮詢教師等提出數項建議，以作為推展特教諮詢工作的參考。
　

Thesis Summary
The purpose of this study is to examine the teachers’ consultation needs and willingness and the expectation for the consulting teacher program toward special education teachers in Nan-Tou province.
First, this study used several literature reviews to understand the practice of the consulting teacher program . Then, the study examined one hundred and ninety-five special education teachers from the elementary and secondary schools in the Nan-Tou province. Only one hundred and fifty of them returned back the examination paper. The researcher also interviewed twenty-five teachers among all these participants to investigate the consultation needs and willingness and the expectation for the consulting teacher program.
The results of the study included:
1.The special education teachers generally needed the consultation of expert knowledge.
2.The special education teachers generally would voluntarily get the consultation of expert knowledge.
3.There was a significant positive correlation among the consultation needs and willingness.
4.The resource teachers, female teachers, the special education teachers who have higher and fewer experiences, general education teachers and substitute or replacement teachers had a higher tendency to consultation needs.
5.The resource teachers, female teachers, special education teachers who have fewer experiences, general education teachers, teachers who have bachelor degree in teaching, substitute or replacement teachers and special education teachers had a higher tendency to consultation willingness,
6.The consultation needs and willingness had no significant correlation with the times of their consultation but with the good and bad experiences of the consultation.
7.Besides the assistance of expert knowledge, special education teachers also need psychological support.
8.The special education teachers had a positive attitude toward the consulting teacher program.
9.There may be some flexible proposal on the consulting teacher program.
Based on the results, some suggestions to education organization, teachers’ training school and consulting teachers were provided in this study to promote the progress of the consulting teacher program.
