無線網路與行動計算技術正勢如破竹地全面發展，而此發展其目的正是為了提供現代人能於任何時間與任何地點擷取網路資訊，滿足現代人對資訊獲取需求。在網路行動化後，可移動資料源及位置關聯擷取成為最重要之資訊服務領域。為此我們提出一個位置關聯之行動資訊服務系統，並針對使用者所可能發出之資料查詢類型，分別設計運用行動代理人之動態資料管理策略。我們更進一步分析和計算策略成本，驗證動態管理策略之有效性，並於模擬中探討各種策略其運用之最佳時機，包括運用時之最佳環境，以及針對環境所作之最佳策略設定。最後，我們透過模擬實驗結果，得知我們所提之動態資料管理策略能夠有效減少網路傳輸成本，增進系統效能。

Wireless technology and mobile computing are among the most important research in the network society. The goal of the research is to provide a service such that people can get most information from the network anytime and anywhere. With the rapid development of wireless computing technologies, efficient access to location-based data and moving data sources is becoming increasingly important in mobile information services. We proposed a new system architecture for mobile information services to provide location-based access to stationary and moving data sources. Furthermore, we designed a set of dynamic data management strategies based on the mobile agent technology. We devised cost models for the strategies and evaluated their performance by simulation. The results indicated the most suitable situations and the best parameter settings the application of these strategies. By analyzing the simulation results, we showed that the dynamic data management strategies can indeed reduce cost and improve system performance.
