在這一篇論文之中，我們對於某一個分配規則建立它的關聯局，並且定義了一組由關聯局構成的序列，在這序列中的第m項可以用第(m-1)項來表示。如果這個分配規則滿足有效性，非基本局，一致性和連續性等公設，我們證明了這個序列收斂而且它的極限局是非基本局。最後，我們提供了一個動態過程，使得無論從哪個邊界點出發，我們都可以經由這個過程，進而達到EANS這個分配規則。

We construct an associated game with respect to some allocation rule and define a sequence of associated games, when the term of order m, in this sequence, is the associated game of the term of order (m-1). If the
allocation rule satisfies the Pareto-optimality axiom, the inessential game axiom, the associated consistency axiom and the continuity axiom, we show that the sequence converges and that the limit game is an inessential game.
Finally, we find a dynamic process that lead the players to the EANS, starting from an arbitrary boundary point.
