臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究之目的是從島上居民與遊客觀點探討綠島經濟、自然環境、社會文化衝擊，並期以綠島永續觀光為目的，對綠島未來發展提出建議。主要以文獻蒐集、訪談法、參與觀察法，與問卷調查法方式蒐集所需資料。調查期間至民國89年7月至91年1月止，研究主要結果為，一、經濟層面衝擊為經濟收入提昇、觀光相關就業機會增加、促進地方繁榮、生活品質改善、地價上漲，與財團來此地購地投資。二、自然環境應是綠島發展觀光後變化最大之處，包括地貌、建築物改變、交通、噪音、空氣污染、垃圾問題、自然環境受破壞與保護。三、社會文化層面的衝擊，則包括人際間的交流、民風、民情的改變與價值觀的改變。對未來觀光發展的建議，則包括居民意願、態度與共識的建立、確認觀光發展方向、觀光相關機構之協調、整合，與整體規劃運作等四方面。最末，則依據研究結果對綠島未來發展，與研究者提出建議。

The purpose of this research is from the view of the islanders and the tourists to understand the Green Island's economy, environment (physical), and socio-cultural impacts of the island; and tried to give positive suggestions in order that the development in Green Island might be sustainable. The methods use for data collecting are through historical collection, interviewing, participation observation, and questionnaire. The period of survey is from July 2000 to January 2002 and the results are; "(a). Economic impacts include: the increase of income, job opportunities, local prosperity, change of living standard, increase land value, and investment form muti-cooperate companies. (b). The biggest change for the island during the development of tourism would be the environment (physical): these include landscape and architecture change; traffic, noise and air pollution; garbage problem; and conservation and destroy of natural environment. (c). Social and cultural impacts include: social exchange, cultural exchange, and change of value. The suggestions on the future development of tourism include: the building up of the understanding, positive attitude and willingness of local residents; confirmation of the direction of development; a co-ordination and co-operation from the government and agencies; and time-table for the development." In conclusion, suggestions for carrying out of the future development of the island are discussed based on the results of the research.
