妄想是病患內外在現實混淆的生活經驗，內在想法向外投射及具體化的結果，使病患與他人的互動出現困境，進而影響對自我的看法。本論文旨在運用現象學研究方法，探討妄想精神病患在團體治療模式下，參與人際互動之過程與影響。研究者以參與觀察的方式，在北部兩所醫學中心的精神科急性病房各帶領一個心理治療團體，每週一次，歷時12週。分析共24次團體過程轉錄稿之內容，發現妄想精神病患的團體互動經驗可以歸納為三個主題：（一）現場時空的混淆與澄清；（二）自我的遮蔽與顯現；（三）精神疾病的取捨與共處。由研究結果中看出，團體對話促進病患內在時空轉向現場時空，而所處困境的了解與面對，激發病患恢復自我的力量，經此過程，個人能在與精神疾病共存的現實基礎下，超越精神疾病束縛，創造出疾病角色的意義。

The delusive experiences of mental illness present the confusion of one’s inner and outer realities. Projecting and reducing thinking to a concrete level make it difficult for the patient to interact with others, and then influent the patient’s view points of self. By employing the phenomenological methodology, the purpose of this thesis is to understand the delusive experiences of mental illness in the group dialogue. The investigator acted as a facilitator to participate and observe the group psychotherapy in the acute psychiatric wards of two medical centers in the north of Taiwan. Each psychotherapeutic group was held once a week, twelve times in all, and the process was tape-recorded and transcribed into written documents subsequently.
The investigator analyzed the transcripts and inducted three categories: (1) the confusion and clarification of here and now; (2) the cover and unfolding of the personal self ; (3) the separation and co-existence of the relationship with mental illness. Group dialogues facilitate patients to be conscious of his delusion and the real world. Understanding and facing the distress on living with others empowers the patient to restore his self. Through these processes, patient can transcendent the bind of mental illness and create the meaning of being a psychiatric patient under the reality of co-existing with delusive experience.
