本研究目的為探討陪產護理指導對準父親陪產效能及產婦生產支持與疼痛感受之影響。採類實驗設計，立意取樣選取60位參與妻子自然產待產及生產過程之準父親為對象，分為實驗組與控制組各30名，實驗組除接受現行產房陪產護理指導外，在辦妥產婦入院手續後，觀看研究者針對準父親所設計之陪產護理指導錄影帶。所使用的工具包括：準爸爸陪產護理指導錄影帶、準父親陪產效能量表、產婦生產支持感受量表、簡易型麥克吉爾疼痛量表。以卡方檢定、t檢定、皮爾森積差相關、單因子變異數分析等相關統計方式進行資料統計與分析。
本研究結果發現：一、實驗組準父親陪產效能改變量高於控制組。二、實驗組產婦所感受到的生產支持度高於控制組。三、實驗組活動期疼痛感受低於控制組。四、準父親陪產效能與產婦生產支持感受成正相關。五、準父親生產相關知識來自姊妹、產婦是否參加生產教育課程、產婦教育程度、催生劑使用及產程時間等五項基本屬性影響準父親陪產效能、產婦生產支持、及疼痛感受。根據研究結果，未來在護理的運用上，針對準父親所設計的陪產護理指導錄影帶，可以作為護理人員提供準父親陪產的參考，使準父親在陪產時更能適時提供支持與協助，達成以家庭為中心的護理宗旨。

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of nursing instruction on expectant fathers’accompany efficacy, maternal labor support and pain perception during labor and birth.
A two-group quasi-experimental design was employed.
The convenience sample of 60 expectant fathers who accompanied their wife’s in labor participated in this study.The 60 subjects were divided into two groups：an experimental group and a control group . The experimental group received nursing instruction after complete hospitalized procedures. Three instruments were used to collect data: Expectant Father Accompany Efficacy Scale, Maternal Labor Support Scale, and Short Form McGill Pain Questionnaire. The data was analyzed using SPSS/PC software, including chi-square test, t-test, Pearson correlation, and one-way ANOVA.
The major findings of this study were as follows：(1) After nursing instruction, expectant fathers in the experimental group improved their accompany efficacy. (2) Maternal labor support perception of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group. (3) Maternal pain perception of the experimental group in the active phase was significantly lower than that of control group. (4) Expectant fathers’ accompany efficacy were positive correlated with maternal labor support perception. (5) There was a significantly relationship between subjects characteristics and expectant fathers’ accompany efficacy, maternal labor support perception, and pain perception. Based on the findings, Expectant accompany nursing instruction videotape is effective and should be suggested prevalently use in the future.
