摘要
過去對產業人口學的研究，大部分集中在社會因素對勞動人口的遷移影響面的討論。對於產業人口結構型態分析與實證研究並不多見，即使有，亦僅止於職業年齡結構類型命題的推導與企業人口組成形態分析。本研究遵循人口組成形態的研究脈絡，一方面從不同產業的人口結構角度出發，以人口結構重心區分年輕葫蘆型、青壯葫蘆型與老年葫蘆型等三種結構型態，探討近十年來，我國九大產業勞動人口結構的變遷情形，另一方面討論人口結構型態形成的相關因素。
經由結構型態的描繪，本研究發現：1.年齡結構中，礦業及土石採取業、製造業、水電燃氣業、營造業、運輸倉儲及通信業與金融保險及不動產業均為青壯葫蘆型結構，批發零售及餐飲業、工商服務業、與社會及個人服務業均為年輕葫蘆型結構；其變遷趨勢是逐年向較高年齡層移動中。2.年資結構中，水電燃氣業是呈現老年葫蘆型結構，餘各產業均為年輕葫蘆型。其變遷情形，年資處於10以上的比率逐年增加，尤其礦業及土石採取業有趨向於老年葫蘆型的傾向。
另實證分析，本研究發現：1.製造業的勞動人口年齡結構較可能為青壯葫蘆型，年資結構則較可能為年輕葫蘆型。2.產業規模愈大，勞動人口年齡結構愈可為老年葫蘆型。3.產業勞動人口成長率愈高，勞動人口年資結構愈可能為年輕葫蘆型。4.產業勞動人口男性比率愈高，其年資結構愈可能為青壯葫蘆型。5.產業勞動人口教育程度愈高，其年資結構愈可能為青壯葫蘆型。

Abstract
In the past study, major demography of industry concentrates on influence for social factors and demography of labor transition. Analyzing the demography of industrial labor type and demonstrating are rare. Even have just to infer hypothesis about demography of age type of occupation and analyzed demography of type. Our study’s thread of thought is following demography of type. One facet, from demography of industries of a point of view to set out, according to the center of gravity of three types (young gourd type, meridian gourd type, senior gourd type) discusses demographic type of Taiwan’s industry transition condition, in recently decade. Another facet discusses correlate factors (industrial trait, flow rate and population trait) of demographic type.
Via painting demographic types, we find: 1. In the demographic type of age, mining and taking soil, manufacturing, water and electricity, construction, transportation, storehouse, communication, finance insurance and immovable property etc industry are meridian gourd type. Wholesale, retail, restaurant, commerce, society, individual, service industry etc are young gourd type. Its transitive tendency is very year to move more high age layer. 2. In the demographic type of seniority, water and electricity is senior gourd type. The other industries are young gourd type. The whole, type’s transition tendency, seniority of over the 10 years layer’s rate increases year by year. Especially mining and taking soil industry has been to tend to senior gourd type.
Another to prove analyze, we find: 1. Demographic type of age, in manufactory industry, may be more meridian gourd type. Demography type of seniority may be younger gourd type. 2. Industrial size more bigger, more senior gourd type, in the demography type of age. 3. Labour growth of industry more high, the demography type of seniority may be younger gourd type. 4. More male labors of industry, the demography type of seniority are more meridian gourd type. 5. More high education of industry labour, more meridian gourd type.
