臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究的目的在於探討臺灣中部地區國小資賦優異學生與普通學生對教師、父母期望知覺與成就動機的相關情形，並且分析學生個人背景變項，包括班別、性別以及家庭社經地位等對教師、父母期望知覺與成就動機的影響。為了達到研究目的，先經由相關的文獻探討，瞭解教師期望的理論基礎與父母期望的相關研究，進而建立研究的架構，接下來再透過實證性的研究調查，以臺灣中部地區國小五、六年級資賦優異學生338人與其就讀學校的五、六年級普通學生301人，共計639人為調查對象，使用自編之「國小學生對教師期望知覺問卷」、「國小學生對父母期望知覺問卷」與余安邦（1990）編製之「社會取向成就動機量表」、「個我取向成就動機量表」進行問卷調查，並將調查所得的資料以平均數、標準差、雙因子變異數分析與積差相關等統計方法加以處理，最後再根據研究發現，提出幾點建議以供教育工作者實施之參考。
本研究的結果如下：
一、國小不同班別學生之教師、父母期望知覺與成就動機的差異情形
（一）國小資賦優異學生的教師期望知覺顯著高於國小普通學生。
（二）國小資賦優異學生的父母期望知覺顯著高於國小普通學生。
（三）不同班別和性別之二因子交互作用達顯著水準，即國小不同班別學生之社會取向成就動機因性別的不同而有差異。
（四）國小資賦優異學生與普通學生的個我取向成就動機無顯著差異。
二、國小不同性別學生之教師、父母期望知覺與成就動機的差異情形
（一）國小學生對教師期望的知覺不因性別而有所差異。
（二）國小學生對父母期望的知覺不因性別而有所差異。
（三）不同班別和性別之二因子交互作用達顯著水準，即國小不同班別學生之社會取向成就動機因性別的不同而有差異。進一步發現：1.男資賦優異學生和男普通學生在社會取向成就動機得分上無顯著差異；2.女普通學生之社會取向成就動機顯著高於女資賦優異學生；3.男資賦優異學生之社會取向成就動機顯著高於女資賦優異學生；4.女普通學生之社會取向成就動機顯著高於男普通學生。
（四）國小女學生的個我取向成就動機顯著高於國小男學生。
三、國小不同家庭社經地位學生之教師、父母期望知覺與成就動機的差異情形
（一）國小學生對教師期望的知覺不因家庭社經地位而有所差異。
（二）國小中、高家庭社經地位學生之父母期望知覺顯著高於國小低家庭社經地位學生之父母期望知覺。
（三）國小學生的社會取向成就動機不因其家庭社經地位而有所差異。
（四）國小學生的個我取向成就動機不因其家庭社經地位而有所差異。
四、國小資賦優異學生與普通學生之教師期望知覺、父母期望知覺與成就動機的相關情形
國小資賦優異學生與普通學生之教師期望知覺、父母期望知覺分別與社會取向成就動機、個我取向成就動機達顯著正相關。

The main purposes of this study were to examine the relationships between students’ perceptions of teachers’ and parents’ expectations and their achievement motivation, and to investigate the differences of students’ background variables on their perceptions of teachers’ and parents’ expectations and achievement motivation. The background variables include class type, gender, and families’ social economic status. Questionnaires were sent to 338 gifted students and 301 regular students who are fifth and sixth grade students in the middle area of Taiwan. The instruments included “The Elementary School Students’ Perceptions of Teachers’ Expectations Inventory”, “The Elementary School Students’ Perceptions of Parents’ Expectations Inventory”, “SOAM Inventory” and “IOAM Inventory”. The methods of frequency, mean, standard deviation, two-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation were applied to analyze the data.
The following findings of this study are:
1. There are no significant interactions in the scores of the perceptions of teachers’ and parents’ expectations and individual-oriented achievement motivation with different class type and gender.
2. There is a significant interaction in the scores of individual-oriented achievement motivation with different class type and gender.
3. There are no significant interactions in the scores of the perceptions of teachers’ and parents’ expectations, social-oriented and individual-oriented achievement motivation with different class type and families’ social economic status.
4. The gifted students have higher score than the regular students regarding to the perceptions of teachers’ and parents’ expectations.
5. There are no significant differences in the scores of the perceptions of teachers’ and parents’ expectations with different gender.
6. There is a significant difference in the score of individual-oriented achievement motivation with different gender, and the female is higher than the male.
7. There are no significant differences in the scores of the perceptions of teachers’ expectations, social-oriented and individual-oriented achievement motivation with different families’ social economic status.
8. There is a significant difference in the score of the perceptions of parents’ expectations with different families’ social economic status, and the highest and the middle are higher than the least.
9. There is a significant relationship between students’ perceptions of teachers’ and parents’ expectations and their social-oriented and individual-oriented achievement motivation.
Finally, according to the findings, this study provides several suggestions for gifted education and future studies.
