The Overseas Financial Policies of Taiwan Electronic Companies.

Abstract
Taiwan electronic industries not only make the success of Taiwan’s economic, but also play an essential role on Taiwan economic. Furthermore, more and more foreign investors pay attention to the accomplishment of Taiwan electronic companies. The main factors that influence the overseas financial policies of corporation are “characters of company” and “economic environment”. The majority of studies almost aimed on the stock price before. Therefore, this study emphasizes on the relationship between the overseas financial policies and the economic environment and characters of the 104 samples of Taiwan electronic companies from1998 to 2002. This research based upon statistical methods that include Pearson , Logit and Probit Model.
The empirical results are:
The rate, overseas stock market , stock price and difference of stockholder’s equity are significant and positive correlations with Taiwan electronic company overseas financial policies .On the other side, the relation of Taiwan electronic company overseas financial policies and foreign exchange, EPS and debt ratio are not so significant and positive .
