影響組織知識創造的因素一直是資訊科技管理與組織學習中相當重要的議題。透過知識的取得、分配、解讀,及蓄積將組織中特有的知識傳播與保存,因此企業中不但需要將組織的資料資源有效管理,亦需有適當的組織管理活動來推行組織中知識的運行。有鑑於此,本研究將考量資料資源管理與組織學習機制兩觀點,提出組織資訊機制之整合性概念,探討組織資訊機制對組織知識創造的影響,以及「組織情境」是否在「組織資訊管理機制」對「組織知識創造」中具有調合的作用。本研究以問卷調查法針對本國大型企業,包括製造業、買賣業、流通業、服務業、與學術機構等之資訊部門人員進行調查,共取得有效問卷223份,並進行資料分析。
本研究主要結果發現如下,(一)「組織資訊機制」的整體性效果會對「組織知識創造」具有正面之顯著影響;(二)「組織情境」確實對於「組織資訊機制」影響「組織知識創造」的過程中具有調合的作用。因此本研究的具體貢獻在於將影響知識創造相關的因素予以量化,透過對資料資源管理、組織學習機制與知識創造的具體化指標,企業組織可以根據這些因素實施組織知識創造。再者,組織情境因素透過本研究證實組織管理模式、組織架構與獎勵制度在應用組織資訊機制影響知識創造的調和作用後,對企業實務性的應用組織資訊機制在實務上可供管理者明瞭如何營造企業整體環境,以便提高組織知識創造的成效,進而促進組織學習效能。對學術界而言,本研究分別驗證了資料資源管理與組織學習機制對於組織知識創造的影響,延伸了以往對知識管理相關領域的研究。
The factors which impact the organization knowledge creation are im-portant issues in both technology management and organizational learn-ing fields. The organizational knowledge was developed through knowl-edge acquisition, distribution, interpretation, and accumulation for main-tenance and conveying; therefore, the organizational need not only effec-tive way of managing data resource but also appropriate organizational learning activities. To those issues, this research proposed a construct of organizational information mechanism, which is based on data resource management perspective and organizational learning mechanisms, and reveal the impact on organizational knowledge creation. Meanwhile, this research also studied the organizational contexts moderator factor which between organizational information mechanisms and organizational knowledge creation. The questionnaire surveyed in a nature environment setting from wide variety industries such as manufacture, sell, logistic, service, and academic; and total 223 questionnaires were collected for data analysis.
The main findings in this research are: (a) organization information mechanisms are highly positive impact to organizational knowledge crea-tion, and (b) the organizational contexts are served as a moderating factor between organizational information mechanisms and organizational knowledge creation.
The contribution of this research is quantization the factors which influence the organizational knowledge creation. The management could follow those degrees of impact to develop their owned policy for data re-source management subject to organizational knowledge creation. Fur-thermore, the this research also studied the organizational context and provide a management perspective for motivate the knowledge creation through management policy, organization structure, and reward system then promote the performance of organizational learning. For further re-searchers, this research provides an extending field for organizational knowledge creation which is related to organizational learning mecha-nisms and data resource management.
