台灣正面臨產業結構轉型期,當前國際經濟景氣低迷、投資不足與政治不安的情況下,如何提振國家經濟,促進經濟發展,似乎是全體國民所企盼的。在政府持續透過獎勵投資以帶動景氣下,昔日台灣經濟的快速成長,創業家貢獻了相當大的力量。因此,如何再透過創業家的力量,創造二度的經濟奇蹟,似乎有賴執政當局所深思及努力的。有鑑於此,本研究探討創業投資決策制定考量因素,進而建立起投資決策制定的完整架構,以供未來有志創業或執政當局在創業或擬定國家發展政策上之參考依據及建議。
經由文獻整理,本研究之自變數為「涉入」、「控制信念」、「性別角色」與「知識」,而應變數為「決策影響力」。此外,本研究也包括了「溝通效果」此項中介變數。最後本研究以問卷的方式收集資料,經資料分析後獲得以下之結論:
1.涉入對決策影響力具有正向顯著之影響。
2.控制信念之不同對決策影響力有顯著之影響。
3.性別角色之不同對決策影響力有顯著之影響。
4.知識對決策影響力具有正向顯著之影響。
5.自變數透過中介變數後,對應變數具有正向之顯著影 響。


Recently Taiwan is facing on the industrials structure conversion period of time. Below prosperity down, investment insufficient, politics to feel sorry, it seem to national expectation to raise economical and to promote economic development. The government sustained to reward invests to push forward. Entrepreneurs have many contributions on grow up in Taiwan in the past. Therefore, how to create the miracle of economic again by entrepreneur, it appears that depend on the government. In view of this, the study is urgent and important present. Purpose to catch the influence of decision making, to build up the frame of decision making, to use as reference resources for enterprises and government.
Base on the literature review ,the independent variables include「involvement」、「locus control」、「sex role」、and「knowledge」, and the dependent variable is 「decision-making impact force」.In addition, this empirical study also considers immediate variable that is communication effectiveness. Finally, this study collects research material and information by conducting questionnaires survey. The research results are as following:
1.Involvement has positive signification impact on decision-making influence.
2.The difference of locus control has difference impact on decision-making influence.
3.The difference of sex role has difference impact on decision-making influence.
4.Knowledge has positive signification impact on decision-making influence.
5.The immediate variable in the model has positive impact between independent variables and dependent variable.
