資訊科技的進步及產業結構的改變,使得產品的生命週期變短的同時仍需提供顧客低成本與高水準服務,企業所面臨的環境因而持續不斷的改變且更為複雜化。在供應鏈的體系中,分佈於不同階層的成員,自主但相互依賴地作其決策,而多位代理人技術之特性,正好可以用來建構此種分散式的企業運作模式。本研究主要在於根據供應鏈成員間不同的關係所產生之不同供應鏈交易模式:傳統供應鏈交易模式、關係行銷中的供應鏈管理存貨模式、垂直整合企業內部交易模式以及電子市集競價之交易模式。在多位代理人的模式中,溝通協定具有相當重要的影響,因代理人之間的溝通是根據此協定所定義。首先,我們針對前三種供應鏈交易模式來探討,透過其模式在存貨策略、資訊控制以及資源控制之差異,來模擬供應鏈交易模式在各階層成員的庫存量與缺貨率之績效評估;再來,針對電子市集競價之交易模式來探討,探討如何利用相關之系統狀態(System State)類別,如信仰集合(Belief Set)、溝通協定等;執行方法(Method)及推論機制(Inference Engine)等介面來進行多位代理人模式之分析與構建,透過模擬結果,來研究代理人在此競標交易模式下之行為。
With the improvement of information technology and change of industry structure, the cycle of products gets shorter and in the meanwhile, business unit provides low-cost and high-level service; as a result, business unit encounters continuously changing and more complicated marketplace. In supply chain, members distributed in different layers and independent whereas make decisions dependently. In consequence, characteristics of multi-agent analysis are made use of constructing this discrete model of business unit performance. The thesis is to study the performance evaluation of negotiation protocols in different business transactions: the conventional business transaction, the VMI (Vender Managed Inventory) based on relationship marketing transaction, the corporate business transaction, and the e-marketplace transaction. It is important for negotiation protocol that protocols define how and what agents communicate with other agents, and are viewed as the soul of multi-agent models. First, we aimed at the above supply chain business transactions to simulated performance evaluation of members’ inventory and stock out rate in each layer through the difference among inventory strategy, information control and resource control, moreover, according to e-marketplace business transaction, the study investigate how to take advantage of relative system state, such as Belief Set and negotiation protocols. The multi-agent model is analyzed and constructed by Method and Inference Engine and through simulation results, the agent’s behaviors under the condition of bidding transaction is deliberated.
