網際網路的盛行,徹底改變既有的商業模式,透過企業與企業間(B2B: Business to Business)電子商務的交易,買賣雙方可節省搜尋成本與提高營運效率,而未來B2B交易會有一半以上在B2B電子市集中完成,B2B電子市集已經成為B2B電子商務中一個非常重要的角色。一般電子市集的應用,目標在於建置線上廣告、線上目錄、和線上訂單交易系統,但在透過電子市集進行交易的過程中,不僅僅只做一些線上目錄瀏覽、線上下單,也可以透過協商的方式來幫助買賣雙方取得滿意的交易條件,而『協商』正是下一個世代的電子市集與交易環境當中,需要致力建構的特色(Raisch, 2000)。
本文主要是發展一模糊協商撮合機制,利用模糊理論結合多屬性的協商方式,再根據各屬性對買賣雙方的重要性皆有所不同,輔以權重的方式,來形成本研究的協商機制---模糊協商撮合機制,對於模糊情境下的處理,能更符合人類思維想法與運用。透過本研究協商機制來進行撮合,可以使買賣雙方的交易協商方式符合人類語意或想法,且協助買賣雙方尋找到最佳的交易者。
Internet of widely accepted, change current business model thoroughly, transaction of through B2B E-Commerce, the buyer and seller can save the cost of the search and exaltation to operate the efficiency, and the future B2B transaction reach half complete in the B2B e-market above, The B2B e-market has become the B2B E-Commerce in a important role. Application of general e-market, the target consist in setting up on-line advertisement, on-line catalogue and on-line order to trade the system, But through e-market carried on the transaction of the process, not only do some on-line catalogues to browse, on-line order, but also can through way of the negotiation to help the buyer and seller to obtain the term of the transaction of the satisfaction, and "negotiation" exactly next the e-market and the environment of the transaction, needing the special features that is dedicated to constructing.(Raisch,
2000)
This text primarily is to develop a fuzzy negotiation transaction protocol, making use of the fuzzy theory combines the method of the negotiation of the multi-attribute, have to importance of the buyer and sellers all according to each attributes different, assist by weight, become the protocol of the negotiation of this research --- Fuzzy negotiation transaction protocol, For fuzzy the processing that scenario bottom, can even match mankind the thought the viewpoint and make use of. Negotiation protocol of through this research, can make the transaction of the buyer and seller negotiating the way to match mankind the language the idea or viewpoint, and help the buyer and
seller to look for the best transaction.
