臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究主要目的在了解諮商結案的影響因素、諮商師結案指標、諮商結案方式與來談者的結案感受。本研究共邀請國內大專院校諮商諮商中心的四位諮商師以及十一位來談者參與研究，研究者採標準化開放式訪談與多重個案深度研究法收集資料，並以質化方式進行分析。結果發現：
一、 諮商結案的影響因素可分「促成繼續諮商」與「考慮結束諮商」兩部份，促成繼續諮商的因素有「諮商師因素」、「來談者因素」與「諮商進程因素」，考慮結束諮商的因素有「來談者自評之結案準備度」、「諮商師評估之結案指標」與「其他因素」三項：來談者自評之結案準備度包含「自我知覺之正向改變」、「具備結案意圖」與「問題現況改善」三種，其他因素則包含「機構因素」與「私人因素」兩項。
二、 諮商師的結案指標會受其結案認知所影響，包含「來談者有正向改變」、「來談者有結案意願」、「評估無法協助改變」、「來談者停滯現象改善」與「來談者不再依賴諮商」等五項。綜合來談者與諮商師對結案評估之一致性，可將諮商結案類型分成四種，分別為「完滿的結案」、「過早的結案」、「不成熟的結案」與「被迫的結案」。
三、 諮商結案方式包含「討論結案」、「回顧諮商」、「評估現況」、「展望未來」及「其他」，不同諮商師具有不同的結案風格，其討論結案比例與討論結案時機皆有差異。
四、 來談者的結案感受會依諮商階段與結案類型而有所不同。來談者在諮商初期與諮商過程中未必會具備結案概念，而其結案感受可分為「正向感受」、「負向感受」與「平常心」三類。

The purpose of this research is to realize some aspects of counseling termination, which includes the essential factors for counseling termination, counselor‘s termination criteria, counseling terminating processes, and client’s reactions toward termination. In aspects of research methods, the qualitative research is the main direction, 4 counselors and 11 clients of university and college are invited to proceed with a standardized open interview and Multiple-case Depth Research to collect data. Then analysing its content as analytics. After integrating the result of data analysis, it came out with the results as follow:
1. Three essential factors for counseling termination are client’s assessments of readiness to end, counselor’s assessments of termination criteria and other factors. Client’s assessments are including positive change, intention of terminating and question resolved. Other factors are including institutional factors and private factors.
2. Counselor’s termination criteria are including client’s positive change and intention of terminating, unable to help, improving the backup situation, and the client doesn’t depend on counseling any more. Comparing both client’s and counselor’s assessments toward termination, then got four types of counseling termination: positive termination, counselor-side premature termination, client-side premature termination, and forced termination.
3. Counseling terminating processes can be sorted as discussing termination, retrospection, stocktaking and looking ahead. Each counselor has different style on terminating his or her cases, proportion of discussing termination, and timing of discussing termination.
4. Client’s reactions toward counseling termination is different with counseling phases, and may not have any concept of termination in initial phase or in processes of counseling. Client’s affective reactions toward termination are sorted as positive feeling, negative feeling and usual feeling.
