本研究之目的旨在了解諮商學習者之人際經驗，以及其在諮商學習過程中所遭遇之困境，並探討諮商學習者之人際經驗對於諮商學習困境之影響。本研究以六位目前就讀於諮商輔導相關研究所碩士班之諮商學習者為研究對象，採用質的研究方法，以諮商學習者之人際經驗及諮商學習困境訪談大綱進行半結構式的深度訪談收集資料。資料分析則參考現象學取向之分析步驟，以個人描述文方式呈現其人經驗與諮商學習困境之內涵。另外再加上研究者諮商實務工作之背景，對於每位受訪者之人際經驗與諮商學習困境進行解釋分析。
綜合資料分析結果，本研究的發現如下。一、諮商學習者的人際經驗會影響其對自我的感受及人際互動方式。二、初學者常面臨之諮商學習困境中最常出現對於專業能力信心不足的困境；文化衝擊造成之諮商學習困境最常出現在情緒感受與表達之困境；而在個人獨特之諮商學習困境中則多半與諮商關係之議題有關。三、諮商學習者之人際經驗會影響其諮商學習困境，尤其是諮商學習者原生家庭之人際經驗。諮商學習者其人際經驗中形成之自我的感受與人際互動方式帶至諮商學習中而產生諮商學習困境。

The objective of this research is to study counseling trainees'' interpersonal experience, their challenges encountered during training, and the relations between the two. The subjects include six students enrolled in Masters program of counseling at the time of this study. Qualitative method was employed based on a predefined discussion outline, and the resulting data was collected from semi-structural in-depth interviews. Following phenomenological approach, the study correlated the data on interpersonal experience and challenges encountered, supported by the summary narration of each case. Finally, the author applied counseling principles as well as practical experiences to evaluate each case of counseling trainees.
The author made several observations. First, counseling trainees’ interpersonal experience impacts their self-feeling and interpersonal interaction patterns. Second, the challenges encountered by counseling trainees include: lack of confidence by beginners on their professional ability; influence by counseling trainees’ cultural contradictions on their sentiment and expression; and person-specific challenges related to issues regarding counseling relations. Third, counseling trainees’ interpersonal experience may result in challenges, and the interpersonal experience from the original family is especially important. The self-feeling and interpersonal interaction patterns from the counseling trainees’ interpersonal experience were brought to the process of counseling learning and resulted in challenges.
