國小學生休閒態度與休閒參與之研究－以屏東縣為例

摘 要
本研究主要目的，乃在探討國小學生休閒態度和休閒參與之現況，背景因素對休閒態度和休閒參與之影響力，及背景因素和休閒態度對休閒參與之預測力。
其研究對象包括位於屏東縣市區、鄉鎮、偏遠學校之四、六年級學生。並以叢集抽樣方式，進行研究對象之抽樣，共計抽得學校數18所，班級數36班，有效樣本人數1022人。
本研究主要採用文獻分析方式，蒐集中外有關休閒方面的實證研究，並透過問卷調查法，以研究者自編之「國小學生休閒活動問卷」，來蒐集有關國小學生的休閒態度、休閒參與等方面的資料，經t 考驗、積差相關、變異數分析，及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法，進行資料之分析整理。
本研究所獲結果如下：
一、國小學生的休閒態度傾向正面積極
二、國小學生的個人背景對國小學生的休閒態度有所影響。
三、國小學生的休閒參與類型有所差異
四、小學生休閒態度愈積極，休閒參與程度亦愈高。
五、國小學生的個人背景及休閒態度對休閒參與具有聯合預測力。
根據上述結論，本研究提出以下建議：
一、對家長之建議
1.家長宜鼓勵子女嘗試參與具備技能性、鑑賞性或知識性的休閒活動，以提昇休閒參與領域
2.家長宜培育子女積極休閒態度，以具備健康良好的休閒參與。
3.家長宜多關心子女的休閒參與，以導引其參與正當休閒活動
4.家長可鼓勵小孩自製童玩，達到親子同樂的效果。
5.家長在經濟條件允許下，可多帶領子女至國內外旅遊，以擴展胸襟及視野
二、對學校及教育行政機關之建議
1. 學校宜針對不同性別、年級學生設計休閒課程，以建立正確積極的休閒態度。
2.學校及教育行政機關宜針對不同背景國小學生，依其休閒參與情形，提供適當休閒活動設施，以均衡國小學生休閒參與。
3.教育行政機關宜充實鄉鎮地區休閒資源，以提昇國小學生休閒參與態度。
4.學校宜推廣益智性與技巧性休閒活動，以擴大國小學生休閒領域。

The study of leisure attitude and leisure participation in elementary school students－example from Pingtung County

A B S T R A C T
The major purposes of this study are to investigate the current condition of leisure attitude and leisure participation in elementary school students, the influence of background resources to leisure attitude and participation, and the anticipation of leisure participation from background resources and leisure attitude.
The subjects of this study were the fourth and the sixth grades from the area of Ping-Tung city, country and secluded. The processing method was cluster sampling from 18 schools, 36 classes with 1022 effective samples in total.
This study employed analysis of literature, collect factorial studies regarding the interested areas. In which include from both in and outside of the country. Also, by questionnaire designed by the studier, this study collected data regarding leisure attitude and leisure participation. With statistical method and analysis of T-test、analysis of variance、product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression, studies processed and analysis the data.
The results were as followed:
1. The leisure attitude of elementary school students tended to be positive and radical .
2. The personal background of elementary school students has influences on the leisure attitude.
3. There are various types of leisure participation of elementary school students.
4. The leisure attitude and leisure participation of elementary school students are positively correlated.
5. The personal background and leisure attitude of elementary school students has united anticipation for leisure participation.
According to above conclusions, the suggestions were as followed:
1. The suggestions for parents:
（1） Parents should encourage their children to participate in skill、appreciation or knowledge related activities to raise scope of leisure participation.
（2） Parents should cultivate and build positive and radical leisure attitude for children to have healthy and proper leisure activities.
（3） Parents should pay attention to children’s leisure participation, and guide them to participate in proper leisure activities.
（4） Parents should encourage their children to make toys by themselves to build a closer bond between them.
（5） Should the financial condition permits, parents should take their children abroad for expanding their view and mind.
2. The suggestions for schools and administration organization of education:
（1） Schools should design courses according to gender and age to build corrective and positive leisure attitude.
（2） According to the participation of students from different background, Schools should provide proper facilities for a balanced leisure participation.
（3） To raise the attitude of leisure participation for the elementary school students, Government should enrich leisure resources in country area.
（4） To broaden the leisure scope of the elementary school students.
