本研究目的在探知單親青少年在面臨單親事件時,失落情緒如何在諮商歷程中轉變,採用質化研究的方式,以發現取向的研究觀點,透過晤談了解單親青少年在諮商尚未介入前,如何對於失落事件作因應,此外也藉由諮商的介入,透過諮商過程的記錄,對單親青少年失落情緒諮商,做深入的分析,來進行當事人在諮商中的改變歷程研究。因此本研究的目的如下:
1.探究單親青少年因失落所引發的情緒類型。
2.探究諮商介入前單親青少年失落之因應方式。
3.探討諮商歷程中失落情緒改變的過程。
本研究之當事人採用立意抽樣方式,由研究者透過某校輔導室的協助調查符合本研究的當事人,人數計五名。研究者依當事人和諮商師雙方適宜的時間與地點安排諮商,諮商每週一次,每次以五十分鐘為原則,原則上進行四次,如果需要再做增減。在每次諮商結束後,整理逐字稿。最後寄給當事人與諮商員檢核確認後,再完成所有的資料整理工作。本研究結果發現如下:
一、 失落情緒情緒類型有難過、傷心、害怕或沒有安全感、生氣責怪、怨嘆、罪惡感、失望、沒有感覺。
二、 在諮商介入前對於失落事件的因應方式,計有哭、壓抑、不知所措、涉入其他人的活動與生活、轉移、內化。
三、 失落情緒諮商轉變的脈絡是探索失落情緒、自我檢視、探究與失落客體的關係、專注內在改變、洞察等五個階段。
四、 比較失落情緒成功與未成功轉變的諮商歷程之間的差異得到以下的因素:1.皆達到情緒發洩的效果2.與失落客體之間依附的本質3.階段內容的差別過大4.諮商員與當事人互動的品質5.失落情緒感受的深入性。
五、 失落情緒轉變的相關因素有以下幾點:1.關係建立的品質2.諮商員針對個別差異調整諮商步調3.當事人對於失落情緒的體驗程度4.當事人失落悲傷的任務是否完成
最後根據本研究的結論與發現,分別對諮商實務工作者及未來研究者提出若干建議。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the transfer process of loss emotion of teenage from single family. We applied discover oriented approach , understand single-parent teenage how to face loss before counseling by the method of interviewing. By the way, by the talking and the record of talking process to make a deep analysis for execution the change history in the counseling.
Thus, the purpose of this research as bellow:
1. Investigate the type of emotion due to loss of single-parent teenage.
2. Investigate the coping strategies adapted by single-parent teenage before counseling cutting in.
3. Investigate the change of loss emotion in the counseling process.
The participants were five teenage student invited by the researcher through the communication with the staffs from the guidance office in one elementary school. The researcher arranged the appropriate time and place for the counseling between clients and counselors. The counseling was conducted once a week and 50minutes a time for four weeks. After the counseling, the transcripts was prepared and examined by both clients and counselors. The data was analyzed by discover oriented approach. The results indicated:
1. The type of loss emotion included sad, heart broken, fear or lake of safety, angry, complain, guilt, disappoint, and no feeling;
2. The coping strategies before counseling were crying, depressing, does not know how to do, involve others' life and activity, transferring, and internalize;
3. The process of transferring of loss emotion counseling included the five stages: discover loss emotion, self investigation, discover the relationship with loss object, focus inner change, and insight;
4. We can get the following reason by compare the difference between change successful and unsuccessful of loss emotion: a) all reach the effect of emotion release; b) the attachment nature between loss object; c) phase contents difference too much; d) the interactive quality between counselor and client; and e) in deep of feeling of loss emotion.
5. The reasons of the transferring of loss emotion are: a) the quality of relationship set- up; b) counselor adjust the step of counseling by the individual difference; c) the experience degree by the client face loss emotion; and d) the mission complete or not by loss emotion of client.
Finally, these results were further discussed and suggestions for future studies and the practitioners were proposed.
