論文摘要內容:
本研究乃探討蛋雞第一次及第二次強迫換羽前之飼糧中有機硒及維生素E濃度對其換羽後產蛋性能之影響。
第一次強迫換羽試驗取80週齡海蘭(Hyline)褐色殼蛋雞192隻,以2 ×2 複因子設計(Factorical design of two factors),區分為4個處理組,每組8隻6重複,進行為期七個月之試驗,強迫換羽(停料)前18日開始餵予加強亞硒甲硫胺酸和維生素E之日糧,試驗之停料期限以雞隻體重減輕達35﹪為指標。停料前7天開始24小時光照。停料後7天開始秤重,之後每間隔2天秤重一次。到第十九天體重減輕35﹪後恢復給料。第二次強迫換羽試驗係取第二產蛋週期之持續產蛋達30週產蛋率下降至45﹪時進行,試驗方法同第一次強迫換羽。
本研究進行二次試驗結果顯示:
(1)、蛋雞強迫換羽前各組血液中硒和維生素E之濃度隨飼糧中添加量增加而提高,且呈顯著差異(p<0.05)。
(2)、於蛋雞停料前18日起添加高量亞硒甲硫胺酸或維生素E可顯著提高其第二及第三產蛋週期之產蛋率(p<0.05)。
(3)、強迫換羽後恢復產蛋的蛋雞剛開始蛋重較輕,第二個月即恢復原有之蛋重(約60公克)。且產蛋率愈低蛋重愈重(p<0.05)。
(4)、強迫換羽前日糧中添加高量亞硒甲硫胺酸或維生素E,對其採食量、死亡率、體失重及雞蛋品質等均無顯著影響(p>0.05)。
(5)、換羽前蛋雞日糧中強化硒和維生素E含量對換羽後生產性能的影響,不因產蛋週齡的不同而有所差異。
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of first and second premolt dietary selenomethionine and vitamin E supplement on postmolt performance of laying hen.
192 Hyline brown layers of 80 weeks of age in first molt were used by completely randomized design(CRD)to 4 treatments. Each treatmene has 6 replicates of 8 layers. The experimental period was 7 months. The diets of layers were supplemented selenomethionine and vitamin E for 18 days premolt. The faseing period was besed on 35﹪body weight loss of layers. The 24hr lighting held for 7 days premolt. Body weight were recorded at 7th day after faseing,and meesuring everyother two days. The body weight loss of 35﹪was recorded at 19th day and then to recover feeding. The hens laying for 30 weeks and egg product down to 45% were used in the second molting. The mothed is same to first molt.
The results of study to proceed two experiments:
(1)、The concentration of selenium and vitamin E in the plasma of each group of premolted layers were higher while the diets of both supplements were given more. The results also showed significant differences (p>0.05).
(2)、From the 18th day on, premolting layers were supplemented the highter quantities of selenomethionine or vitamin E. This would promote the egg production performance on the second and the third week.(p<0.05).
(3)、The postmolted layers had lighter egg weight during the recovery period. They would reach to the normal standard of egg weight on the second month (60g/per egg).The heavier the egg weight was, the lower the egg production performance would be(P<0.05).
(4)、The effects of the premolted layers’ diets of higher selenomethionine and vitamin E supplements were not significantly different on feed intake,mortality,body weight loss and egg quality(P<0.05).
(5)、The influence on the egg production performance of the postmolted layers would not be different for the different age of layers if the premolted layers’ diet with higher selenomethionine and vitamin E supplements were given.
