柑橘類屬於芸香科(Rutaceae)柑橘亞科柑橘族柑橘亞族真正柑橘類植物,本類共分六個屬,其中柑橘屬(Citrus)、金柑(Fortunella)和枳屬(Poncirus)三屬在商品上占重要地位。其果皮含豐富之Flavanone glycoside類,Flavone glycoside類及Coumarin類等成分,若能有效利用開發成醫療用藥材,更能提高其附加價值。本研究以市售陳皮、佛手柑、檸檬及文旦,進行單離純化,得3’,4’,3,5,6,7,8-heptamethoxyflavone、 nobiletin 、5-hydroxy-3’,4’,6,7,8-pentamethoxyflavone、limettin、 friedelin、imperatorin以及merazin hydrate等成分。以甜橙類、寬皮柑類、柚類、葡萄柚類、檸檬類、萊姆類、金柑以及雜柑類之果皮為研究材料,合併上述7種成分及naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin, luteolin, bergapten, tangeretin等為指標成分,利用高效液相層析儀(HPLC)進行定量分析,探討38種柑橘類果皮成分之差異性,及生長過程成分之變化。其結果顯示5種甜橙以及12種寬皮柑之果皮均含有hesperidin;柚類及葡萄柚類之果皮不含hesperidin而均含naringin、merazin hydrate及imperatorin。枳殼與大翼橙是唯一naringin和hesperidin同時存在的品種。酸橙幼果果皮所含neohesperidin是所有品種中含量最高。
Citrus, Fortunella and Poncirus are three of 6 genera in Rutaceae, and are very important commercial fruit. The peels of Rutaceae fruit contain abundant flavonone glycoside, flavone glycoside and coumarin, which could be developed into medicine to increase citrus value. In this research, 3’,4’,3,5,6,7,8-hepta- methoxyflavone, nobiletin, 5-hydroxy-3’,4’,6,7,8-pentamethoxy- flavone were isolated from Chen Pi; limettin was isolated from Buddha’s Hand and lemon; friedelin, imperatorin and merazin hydrate were isolated from Buntan shaddock. 12 marker substances naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin, merazin hydrate, luteolin, limettin, bergapten, nobiletin, 3’,4’,3,5,6,7,8- heptamethoxyflavone, tangeretin, 5-hydroxy-3’,4’,6,7,8-penta- methoxyflavone and imperatorin were determined in Citrus and related genera peels by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to explore the difference and variation of the marker substances between these 38 Citrus specieses in different growth stage. 5 sweet oranges and 12 madarins contain hesperidin; 4 shaddocks and 4 paradisis do not contain hesperidin but have naringin; merazin hydrate and imperatorin. P. trifoliata and C. hystrix are the only two species simultaneously contain naringin and hesperidin. The immature sour orange contains the highest neohesperidin amount in all species.
