淡水長臂大蝦(15-22 g,脫殼間期)暴露在不同濃度之水產用藥物-皂素(0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2 mg/l)、福馬林 ( 0, 5, 10, 20, 30 mg/l) 及地特松 (0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 mg/l) 8天後,分析其血淋巴滲透壓、鈉、鉀、氯、鈣、鎂離子、攜氧血藍素、蛋白質、酸鹼平衡、總血球數、酚氧化酵素及超氧離子。由試驗結果發現,皂素及地特松會明顯影響淡水長臂大蝦血淋巴生理及免疫反應,但福馬林則無影響。暴露在不同濃度皂素後,血淋巴滲透壓、鈉、鉀、氯、鎂離子及超氧離子,並沒有明顯改變,而鈣離子及總血球數則明顯增加,血淋巴攜氧血藍素、蛋白質、pH、PCO2、PO2、HCO3-及TCO2及酚氧化酵素則明顯的降低。暴露在不同濃度地特松後,滲透壓、氯、pH、酚氧化酵素及超氧離子明顯降低;PCO2則明顯增加;而鈉、鉀、鈣、鎂離子、血淋巴攜氧血藍素、蛋白質、PO2及總血球數,則無明顯變化。
Abstract
The giant freshwater prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) (15-22g in intermolt) was exposed to different concentrations of Saponin (0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, and 1.2 mg/l); Formalin (0, 5, 10, 20, 30 mg/l); and Dipterex (0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 mg/l) for eight days. The parameters, including hemolymph osmolality, Na+, K+, Cl-, Ca2+, Mg2+, oxyhemocynin, protein, pH, total hemocyte count, PO, and O2- were examined after 8 days. Saponin and Dipterex negatively affected the physiological and immune responses of prawn, but Formalin did not. For prawns that were exposed to Saponin, there were no significant changes in hemolymph osmolality, Na+, K+, Cl-, Mg2+, and O2-. However, there was a significant change in Ca2+ and the total hemocyte counts; but a significant difference in oxyhemocynin, protein, pH, PCO2, PO2, HCO3-, TCO2, and PO. For prawns that were exposed to Dipterex, there was a significant decrease in hemolymph osmolality, Cl-, pH, PCO2, PO and O2-, but had no significant changes in Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, oxyhemocynin, protein, PO2, and total hemocyte counts.
