PDA具有輕巧方便、易於攜帶的特性、能否被醫護人員所接受是科技導入成敗的重要關鍵。因此本研究想藉由Davis(1989)科技接受模型的兩個信念「知覺易用性（perceived ease of use）」、「知覺有用性（perceived usefulness）」探討某醫學中心急診護理人員對「急診檢傷護理評估資訊系統」的使用意願。研究期間自90年5月開始進行五階段之系統操作訓練並於91年5月進行問卷調查，問卷採專家內容效度法，其Cronbach’s α為 .89 ~ .93。研究結果發現PDA系統的人機介面、操作容易度、知覺內容實用、知覺有用性與使用意願無正向統計顯著相關，但知覺易用性、知覺提升工作效率與使用意願則具有正向統計顯著相關；電腦終端機系統的人機介面、操作容易度、知覺易用性知覺內容實用、知覺提升工作效率、知覺有用性、與使用意願無正向統計顯著相關。護理人員對使用PDA系統的知覺易用性、知覺有用性與使用意願較電腦終端機系統低。亦即除非PDA系統能夠增強使用者的工作效率且容易使用，才會獲得使用者的支持，不然其各方面的特色與價值不見得比傳統PC系統來得好，因此對於有心推廣臨床上PDA系統的人員如何證明PDA系統對於工作的幫助且易於使用，無疑應優先考量。

Application of PDA in hospital has become a technically interesting topic. Therefore, it would be practically important to understand the perceived values and usefulness of the intended clincal users on this technology.
This study used the Technology Acceptance Model to evaluate the nurses’ perceived values on the PDA as well as traditional terminal triage support systems in the emergency department. The relationships of both the perceived “easiness of use (EOU)” and the perceived “usefulness (U)” with the behavioral intention were studied.
The PDA triage support systems were developed in the period of from May 2001 to May 2002 and five stages of intensive training courses on the use of systems were held for all 72 emergency nurses at the Taipei Veterans General Hospital, which is a medical center with 2,737 beds. An expert-validated questionnaire was used for the survey. The a scores of reliability and validity of questions for both EOU and U were ranged in 0.89-0.91. The results showed that significant relationships of the perceived EOU and the enhancement of job performance with nurses’ behavioral intension on the PDA triage support system. However, data were not enough to support the significant relationships between the issues of interface design, content validity as well as the perceived usefulness and nurses’ behavioral intention on the PDA system. With regard to the traditional terminal system, no significant relationship was showed. However, it was interesting that nurses’ perceived values of perceived EOD, U and behavioral intension on the traditional terminal system were all higher than those in the PDA one. The results showed that the medical professionals’ intension to use the PDA might not be higher than to use the traditional PC unless it could be showed to be capable of enhancing the user’s job performance with an easy use design of interface.
