無論是班級中的學科評量，或是過去一試定終身的聯考制度，亦或是近年來鼓吹教改下的多元入學方案，學生都免不了要經過紙筆測驗的考核，因此若能用一份品質優良的試題來評量學生，其結果將可使老師知悉學生的學習盲點，偵測出學生的問題所在，以改善教學；而學生也可以藉由考試，知道自己的學習成效，作為鼓勵或檢討之用。所以分析測驗中的試題，以了解學習者的學習狀況，的確是教學上重要的課題。而在大型考試制度中，則是希望能夠篩選出適合的人才，因此試題品質的優劣，當然不容忽視，本研究就是希望能提出一個適合檢核試題的方式，在施測前，先對試題作一個適當的檢核，使試題的品質能有所保障。
本論文是針對四技二專數學科的考題型式為主，其型態是單選的選擇題，因此建立一個屬於數學科單選選擇題的檢核表，為求完備之故，因此特別請具測驗專長之大學教授，做專家意見的匯集；並利用大慧調查法，結合具有數學背景和測驗專長之學者的意見，形成檢核個別試題內容、題幹、選項檢核項目以及整個試題題本的檢核項目。在完成檢核表之後，配合雙向細目表，並以九十學年度四技二專工業類數學科的考題為例，作質的分析。除此之外，輔以量的分析，先依循試題反應理論的假設，判斷是否能使用試題反應理論，並找出適合的模式以找出試題的難度、鑑別度、猜測度，並產生試題特徵曲線，來描述個別試題的特性。最後再針對質跟量的部分作一綜合分析。
本研究所希望的是在測驗之前先利用試題檢核的方式，使試題品質有保障；而利用量的解析，則便於在建立題庫後，可以依據考試的性質不同而有多樣的選擇。

Abstract
No matter an in-class measurement of subjects or an entrance examination, pencil-and-paper test is always necessary. A test result allows teachers to address students’ problems and further improve their teaching process. It also helps students to track their own progress. In order to realize the learning performance, so analysis of test is very important in teaching. Furthermore the entrance examination is dealing with talents, the quality of the test can never be overemphasized.
The object of this thesis is to establish an efficient way to evaluate the tests beforehand. The model is chosen from mathematic’s subject of four year technical / two-year-junior college entrance examination, which is a multiple choice items. In the first part of this thesis, a checklist was developed for qualitative analysis. College professors with testing-theory background first reviewed this checklist. The corrected one was again reviewed by Delphi Technique through distribution to professionals with both mathematics and testing theory knowledge. During this process, parameters for item content, stem, alternative and a whole set were developed.
In the second part of this thesis, the analysis of four-year technical / two-year-junior college entrance examination of 2001 was accomplished. Both the checklist above and two-way specifications table were used for the qualitative analysis. In order to perform a quantitative analysis, the assumption of Item Response Theory was validated then a model was chosen therein. According to the chosen model, an item characteristic curve was plotted to describe an item by the difficulty, discrimination, and pseudo chance parameters. Finally the quality and quantitative analysis were integrated.
The purpose of this research is developed an applicable checklist to ensure the quality of the test. And demonstrate the quantitative analysis should be applied to items. Based on the target of the examination, different combinations from item pools can be constructed to meet the particular test goals.
