臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究的主要研究目的有下列幾項：1.探討國民小學教師知覺工作壓力的情形；2.探討國民小學教師感受工作倦怠的程度；3.比較不同背景變項國民小學教師知覺工作壓力的差異情形；4.比較不同背景變項國民小學教師感受工作倦怠的差異情形；5.探討國民小學教師工作壓力和工作倦怠的關係；6.分析不同背景變項對教師工作壓力及工作倦怠之預測力；7.歸納研究結果，提出具體建議，俾供教育行政與學校行政及教師之參考。
研究者以彰化縣國民小學教師為母群體，以分層隨機抽樣法抽樣489人為樣本，採用問卷調查方式。以研究者自編之「國民小學教師工作感受調查問卷」為調查工具，回收問卷445份，有效問卷429份，可用率為87.73%；並以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、典型相關分析與逐步多元迴歸分析方法進行資料處理，結果獲致下列結論：
1.國民小學教師知覺工作壓力程度為中等程度。
2.國民小學教師感受工作倦怠程度為中等偏低程度。
3.不同背景變項國民小學教師知覺工作壓力程度具有顯著差異。「30歲以下」、「31-40歲」；服務年資「5年以下」及學校規模「6班以下」、「7-12班」的教師，所知覺的工作壓力程度較大。
4.不同背景變項國民小學教師感受工作倦怠程度具有顯著差異。「30歲以下」、「未婚」、服務年資「5年以下」、學校規模「7-12班」教師，所感受的工作倦怠程度較高。
5.國民小學教師工作壓力知覺程度與工作倦怠感具有典型相關。
抽出的三組因素中有兩組達到顯著水準，並得知國民小學教師之工作倦怠感受程度，透過第一組典型因素可以解釋的總變異量為39.36%，透過第二組典型因素可以解釋的總變異量為6.44%，工作壓力知覺程度各層面對工作倦怠總變異量之解釋量為45.80%，即國民小學教師工作壓力知覺程度愈高，則其所感受的工作倦怠也會愈高。
6.背景變項對工作壓力知覺程度有顯著之預測力。
「學校規模」與「學校類別」，能解釋工作負擔所產生工作壓力之總變異量的7.4%；「年齡」、「學校規模」與「學校背景」在專業成長所產生的工作壓力之總解釋量為4.6%；「學校規模」、「學校類別」與「擔任職務」在自我期許所產生的工作壓力之總解釋量為6.8%。
7.背景變項與工作壓力知覺程度對工作倦怠感受程度具有顯著之預測力。
「人際關係」、「教學活動」、「婚姻狀況」與「家長互動」能解釋「無人情味」所感受工作倦怠之總變異量的58.3%；「教學活動」、「自我期許」、「專業成長」、「人際關係」與「年齡」能解釋情緒耗竭所感受工作倦怠之總變異量的43.2%；「教學活動」、「專業成長」、「年齡」、「自我期許」與「家長互動」能解釋缺乏成就感所感受工作倦怠之總變異量的40.4%；「教學活動」、「人際關係」、「專業成長」、「年齡」、「自我期許」、「家長互動」與「婚姻狀況」，對整體工作倦怠感受程度之總解釋量合計為56.9%。

The purpose of this study were as follows:
1. To explore elementary school teachers’ perception of job stress.
2. To explore elementary school teachers’ perception of job burnout.
3. To investigate the differences in teachers’ perception of their job stress in different background variables.
4. To investigate the differences in teachers’ perception of their job burnout in different background variables .
5. To explore the relationship between the teachers’ job stress and job burnout.
6. To analyze the influence of different background variables on the teachers’ job stress and job burnout.
7. To offer concrete suggestions for edutional agency and elementary schools.
The study was conducted through questionnaire survey. There were 429 with a ratio of 87.73% usable samples received from the target elementary school teachers in Changhua County. The statistical techniques were descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
