訂單追蹤在全球運籌管理是一個在現代工商業中相當重要的議題。因此,使企業及他們的顧客能全面性的對所下的訂單能正確及有效的掌握是一個企業能致勝的重要因素。簡單的說訂單追蹤就是當一個顧客要求做訂單追蹤時,企業能有效的來提供目前此訂單被處理的情況。但以目前UPS最先進線上訂單追蹤系統為例,也只限於本身的業務範圍可被追蹤。而跨企業的訂單追蹤系統在現今的經濟發展模式下有必然的趨勢。此研究將引進行動式代理人及代理人三層式概念做為技術層面的基本架構。而應用此架構,我們將再設計一個和實際企業運作邏輯搭配的模式。使用的技術除了以往的資訊技術(如一般網路程式語言和資料庫等)之外,行動式代理人技術應用在本研究所扮演的角色可謂是關鍵。藉由行動式代理人在網際網路上的行動能力,由它來去追蹤訂單在整個供應鏈體系不但使整個訂單的現況能更正確、更有效率的掌握之外,此技術所造成的網路負載等資訊相關議題也較以往單純只應用傳統資訊技術的為佳。我們的系統就是希望能為這樣的系統建立一個概念及雛形而提供跨企業的線上訂單追蹤功能。進而期望能為企業及企業的顧客提昇競爭力。
Order-Tracing is an important issue in the area of global logistics. Order-Tracing enables enterprises’ customers to seize the information of their orders and is therefore a key to making enterprises successful. Order-Tracing is a function provided by enterprises allowing customers to track order status from the enterprises they placed their orders. But even the latest Order-Tracing system can only be used to track orders in range of individual business area. Also, once a specific order is transferred to another company, this order is out of tracing. However, the cross-enterprises Order-Tracing system is a growing trend as economics developed these past years. This research introduces and Agent technology three-layer architectures as the technical development bases. Upon these bases, we design and develop a prototype that works out how to integrate these technologies with real cases. The technologies we use include traditional IT, such as web-based programming language and database system, and mobile Agent technology. Appling Agent’s mobility in supply chain Order-Tracing system development not only provides the effectiveness and preciseness of Order-Tracing but brings several advantages related to IT such as cut down the network load. The objective is to provide a prototype of such a system enabling cross-enterprises Order-Tracking.
