本研究之目的為E-Car車用電腦系統之功能需求調查與評估及車用電腦操控按鈕設計與評估,研究主要是以滿足駕駛者對資訊的需求、改善駕駛環境且維護道路安全為目標,第一階段功能需求調查與評估之研究採用問卷方式,蒐集使用者對於車用電腦之功能需求,進而分析與使用者使用車用電腦系統時所著重的部分,所得之統計資料導入第二階段系統操控按鈕設計;第二階段車用電腦系統操控評估採用模擬駕駛車輛並操作系統的實驗方式,多元化蒐集、分析駕駛績效與反應資料,分析實驗的結果以配合發展出具體的車用電腦介面設計模型與操控模組。
問卷調查抽樣達可推論代表台灣地區實際母體所需之樣本數,所得結果非但得到了一般駕駛者對於車用電腦的功能需求,可用於設計更為便利、有效率之操控方式及面板配置外,更可將所得之問卷結果,轉而符合針對各項不同樣本族群之需求,進而設計出配合個人化功能需求、操控方式等功能導向之實體汽車製造業所使用。而實驗研究之結果評估出一套不影響駕駛操作正確、安全性,並可達到操作迅速、績效佳之車用電腦功能切換按鍵介面設計操控模組,提供更安全、便利的車用電腦系統使用。
