這篇論文的結果是根據1989年由譚必信博士發表的論文之推廣。
本篇論文是在探討，若考慮在一般布於實數的巴拿赫空間上賦予一個錐體，則對於所有使得此錐體為其不變子集合之有界線性緊緻算子，在將此巴拿赫空間做一複數化之後，該線性算子之譜半徑會和其中之一的Collatz-Wielandt numbers 一致；若在某些條件之下，我們亦可從Collatz-Wielandt number中得到最小的特徵值，使得該特徵值所伴隨的特徵向量中，至少有一個是包含在此錐體中。
