本研究主要目的，在探討受虐兒童在沙戲歷程中所呈現的沙戲特徵、作品階段與故事內容、主題的發展，以及個案在沙戲歷程中的改變。
本研究採個案研究法，以一位脫離受虐環境之國小二年級女童，為研究對象。研究者分析個案在歷程中的對話以及十六次會期共22個沙戲作品中，得到下列結論：
1. 個案利用沙子和水，創造多種想像和內在需求，也藉由玩具的穢鞢B組合、拆解，表現出內在經驗以及受虐兒童的遊戲主題特徵。
2. 個案在自我概念、人際關係、母子關係、家庭認同、問題解決能力和控制力有正向轉變的跡象。
3. 個案在沙戲歷程中並沒有直接呈現出創傷事件的發生或經驗，但呈現出恐懼和不安，以及不信任感，且傾向以攻擊與防禦來達到自我的保護。此外個案利用修復議題暗示母親形象之修復，並傾向以玩具代表以前親人，來處理失落感。
4. 個案的作品，初期處於混亂、衝突階段；中期呈現出分裂與統整階段；後期則呈現出再生的意義與處理分離焦慮階段。
5. 個案在故事主題與內容方面以攻擊、呈現內在需求、家庭議題居多。在問題解決策略方面則以攻擊、拯救、躲藏、修復和童話故事情節為主。
根據以上幾點結論，研究者也對沙戲治療的材料、空間佈置以及相關研究提出個人的一些建議與看法，提供未來研究的一些參考。

The main aim of this study is to proverb Sandplay characteristics, works stage and story content, theme development and changes of case in Sandplay course represented by abused children in Sandplay course.
This study adopts case study methods, takes a girl in grade two of primary school who gets out from abused environment as research objects. The counselor analyzed the dialogue of the case in course and 16 times meeting duration in 22 Sandplay works and got the following conclusion:
1. The case created multiple imagine and intrinsic requirements by sand and water, and presented the internal experience and game theme characteristics of abused children by putting, assembling and breaking toys.
2. The case had positive changing signal in self-image, mother and son relation, family recognition, ability and control to resolve a question.
3. The case didn’t directly show that occurred wounded accident or had this experience in Sandplay course but showed terror, discomposure and distrust, was inclined to attack and defend to protect by herself. Besides, the case has a hint to repair mother image by repairing topic for discuss, and was inclined to displace former families by toys to dispose sense of loss.
4. In Sandplay works development and stage, early case work characteristic was in a disordered and conflicted stage; the mid-term was a disrupted systematized stage; the later stage presented rebirth consciousness and disposal separate and worried stage.
5. The case presented intrinsic requirements and family topic for discussion mainly by attack in story theme and content; and in resolve strategy, it mainly presented by attack, redemption, dodge, repair and fairy tale story plot.
According to the above conclusion, the assistant also gave some personal suggestions and opinions of Sandplay therapeutic material, space arrangement and relative research for reference for future research.
