本研究以邊界元素法建立一模擬非線性波造波之數值模式，以Lagrange法描述流體運動配合時間差分觀念解析二維波浪之造波、傳遞與變形問題，在數值計算上，首先在時間領域上，以逐時計算方式探討波浪通過沒水固定結構物之水面波形變化，由於波浪到達沒水結構物上方後，將因水深突然變淺而發生一連串非線性變化，因此在自由水面之邊界條件上將導入非線性邊界條件。
同時針對不同影響因子，如沒水深度 (hb)、結構物寬度 (Lb)、波高(H)、週期(T)，進行一連串之數值計算，模擬波浪通過沒水結構物的水面波形歷時變化、整個領域內水粒子的速度分佈及運動軌跡，且探討各影響因子間對波浪的作用與關係。
本研究將利用前述方法建立之數值計算模式，針對單一個水中固定結構物進行數值計算，在時間領域上探討波浪通過沒水結構物時水面波形之歷時變化，並與前人研究相比較，以驗證本數值模式之妥當性。

The study investigates a numerical simulation of nonlinear waves propagating through single submerged body developed by means of boundary element method. The numerical scheme based on the Lagrange description together with finite difference of the time derivative. In a numerical simulation, that was applied to calculate the transformation of waves step by step when nonlinear waves propagate through fixed body submerged in water. Because water depth change into shallow, it causes waves generating nonlinear phenomenon. So we must use nonlinear boundary condition on free surface boundary condition.
By the way, this study confers the influence of wave with submerged depth, structure width, wave height and period when nonlinear waves propagate through single submerged body.
And take a contrast with some forefather's references. Furthermore, it will provide for us more understanding of hydraulic phenomenon.
