摘要
浮動式碼頭船席能充分有效利用港內泊域，提供小船及使用人安全耐用的主要泊靠設施。本研究旨在研析港內風浪條件的浮動碼頭特性及其適用於國內水域環境之配置及結構，發展一套最佳化浮動碼頭系統，供作相關工程設計之參酌。
首先，評析國內既存浮動碼頭設施，由結構的安全性、結構破壞狀況、使用安全性、方便性、功能性、施工性及耐久性等因素進行討論，作為本研究擬訂最佳化浮動碼頭系統設計之導引、規範與準則。本研究將由浮動碼頭平面配置規劃，直到浮動碼頭結構體及連結機制，提出系列有序之研析且附以案例設計及實例結構計算，證諸本研究之成果。
Abstract
Structural safety and durability have been the important issues to be examined for the floating marina design. This study is to present the characteristics and type of floating marina systems, establishing the basic design criteria, general guidelines and structural loadings with external wind、wave energy and impact forces to be accommodated in marina system design.
The purpose of this paper is to assemble the available information and to develop the procedures of structural design, demonstrate an optimal design marina system for the environmentally conditions in Taiwan.
