　 本研究於斷面水槽中以水工模型試驗方式探討規則波通過沒水平版時碎波發生之條件，探討的範圍包含碎波指標，碎波發生位置，平板上波浪之變形與分裂，同時比較前人研究矩形潛堤碎波指標與本研究沒水平版碎波指標之差異性。
　　研究結果顯示，沒水平版之碎波波高，碎波點受反射波影響相當大，而與相對版長較無明顯之關係，另外，沒水平版之碎波指標與Komar所提出之碎波指標係數有所差異，本研究沒水平版之碎波指標係數值較大。

The breaking waves are discussed in this paper by model test,when regular wave passing through a submerged plate. Discussing includes breaking limit, position of wave breaking, wave transformation on submerged plate. the difference of breaking limit between submerged plate and rectangular submerged breakwater.
the results appear that breaking wave height on submerged plate and position of breaking wave are effected by reflected wave caused by submerged plate. otherwise, the coefficient of breaking limit is larger than Komar''s.
