工作滿意度一直是最熱門的研究主題,自從1935年Hoppock提出工作滿意度理論以來,有關工作滿意度的研究就不曾間斷過。本文擬從不同的角度─人際信任與社會資本來切入,對工作滿意度進行研究。主要希望瞭解在職場上的個人藉由人際信任與透過社會資本,能否影響工作滿意度,以及社會資本對於人際信任與工作滿意度是否具有中介效果。
首先以海運業為母體進行實證研究,總計發放300份問卷,蒐集有效問卷為97份。其次使用SPSS 8.0套裝軟體來分析各變數之間的關係。
經研究結果可得以下結論:
1.員工與同事間之人際信任確實對個人的工作滿意度有正向影響關係。
2.人際信任對於個人社會資本的多寡具有顯著的正向影響。
3.個人社會資本與工作滿意度呈現顯著正向影響關係。
4.社會資本對於人際信任與工作滿意度確實具有中介效果。
