This research collects some drilling test reports provided by the Civil Engineering Division and Construction &Management Division, Keelung City Government and tries to evolve a common writing form of drilling papers. Keying in only some basic information, you can complete some front paragraphs of drilling papers, and arrange the contents of the papers, test items, names, and record forms systematically. After keying in enormous information through Excel Software, then posting Geo 2000 Geographic Information System Software directly, it will present the most important test result of the drilling report and geologic sections. It can be directly combined into the nation land information system---“engineering geologic exploration data base” so that the information can be preserved and add-valued applied and prevent the limited resources from being wasted by resetting. The geologic exploration is the necessarily elemental information of the engineering construction, resource development, environmental conservation, the prevention of geologic disaster, the use of the land, and the professional study, but the research and collection of the information is expensive and time-spending. In order to save the expense and time, it is obvious that the related exploration information is worth being interacted and shared. It is pity that we still don’t have a formal site investigation model in the domestic specification. The engineering units make up many different kinds of the form of the engineering geologic exploration, but they can not be applied. This research tries to provide a set of writing form of drilling paper and the skill of the formation. Every engineering unit can utilize this free software to format drilling exploration report and knows the defects after it sets up the system. And it also can offer the system to the Information Center of the Department of Economics and program consultants to revise later on. They can establish a set of model of information operation system to make information from every unit be interacted, shared, and utilized continuously.
