本研究主要在探討台北市國民小學學校行政人員對校務行政系統之易用性與有用性認知,並瞭解其使用校務行政資訊系統執行不同特性之任務的情形,以及校務行政資訊系統與台北市國民小學內各處室之任務適配情形為何。
本研究採用標準化開放式訪談,訪談台北市內13所國小之教務處、訓導處、總務處及輔導室之行政人員,共計53位。綜合整理與歸納文獻探討與訪談內容,可得到以下結論:
一、台北市國小學校行政人員知覺校務行政系統的易用性在於可方便地使
用資料庫的資料。
二、北市國民小學行政人員認為影響校務行政資訊系統使用的困難在於
資料的建置、取得的過程不易與不知如何使用。
三、台北市國民小學行政人員認為校務行政資訊系統的有用性在於立即提
供精確的資料。
四、台北市國民小學行政人員認為上級單位對於校務行政資訊系統的推廣
態度、必須改變既有的工作方式或任務內容、系統更新的速度及是否
可連接網路會影響校務行政資訊系統的有用性,另外,處室主任權限
未完整開放亦會影響到其認為系統的有用性。
五、曾經使用其它資訊軟體或系統的經驗會使行政人員知覺校務行政資訊
系統比較容易使用,但僅限於資料的建置及系統的操作方面,此可能
是受到系統的介面及行政人員使用系統的功能有限所影響。
六、曾經使用其它資訊軟體或系統的經驗對於校務行政資訊系統的有用性
認知並無影響,這可能是因為系統無法提供彈性的介面讓使用者隨其
需求更改、系統的運作需要其它人員配合、更新速度緩慢、加上有些
功能被學校網頁取代,並且無法與上級單位提供之系統整合所致。
七、不同處室行政人員以校務行政資訊系統協助執行之任務特性,其任務
變化性偏低,可分析性高而相互依賴性則因任務內涵之不同而有差
異。
八、校務行政資訊系統僅與教務處註冊組之任務適配度較高。
九、校務行政資訊系統對於提昇行政績效的助益在於提供整合性的資料
庫。
最後,依據上述結論對於校務行政資訊系統之規劃單位、教育主管機關與台北市國民小學行政人員提出具體之建議。

The Purpose of this study is not only to explore the administrators of the Taipei city’s elementary schools perceive the Usefulness and ease of use about the school administrative information system, but also to understand the administrators using school administrative information system to accomplish their tasks. Besides, to know the degree how the tasks in the administrative departments of elementary school fit school administrative information system.
The method used in study is standardized open-ended interview. After interviewing fifty-three administrators, who are working in the Department of Instructional Affairs, Department of Disciplines, Department of General Affairs and Guidance & Consulting Center . The main results of the current study are as following:
1.The administrators in the Taipei elementary schools perceive
the easy of use about school administrative information
system is conveniently to use data in the database.
2.The administrators in the Taipei elementary schools think to
effect the difficulties of using school administrative
information system in being hard to build data, not being
easy to get data in the database and don’t know how to use
school administrative information system.
3.The administrators in the Taipei elementary schools think the
Usefulness of school administrative information system can
offer accurate data immediately.
4.The administrators in the Taipei elementary schools consider
some factors such as the spread attitude of higher level
educational organization, change of original job ways or
content of tasks and the update rate of school administrative
information system; in addition, the limits of authority of
managers of departments can’t open completely to effect the
Usefulness of school administrative information system.
5.Elementary school administrators consider that have had the
experience of using information systems or software school
administrative information system to be easier to use, but
only at building data and system operation; this may be
effected by the limitation of interface of school
administrative information system and the administrators use
its function.
6.Elementary school administrators consider that have had the
experience of using information systems or software not to
effect school administrative information system more
usefulness. This may be effected by some factors, such as
school administrative information system couldn’t offer
resilience interface so administrators have to match up the
system, the rate of update is slowly, some functions are
displacing by elementary school’s website and couldn’t
integrate with the systems which offered by higher
educational organizations.
7.Elementary school administrators of the different departments
use school administrative information system to implement
their tasks, but their task variation are the lower, their
task analysis are higher, the different contents of task
differ from their task interdependent.
8.School administrative information system is just fit the
tasks in the Registry Section.
9.The database in School administrative information system can
offer integrated information would increase administrators'
performance.
Based on the results of this study, suggestions are provided for the administrative information systems planning units, relevant administrative organizations and school administrators in Taipei elementary schools.
