企業本身存在的目的就是生存及獲利,方法不外乎是外在的環境配合以及內在的資源支持,而在全球景氣衰退的今日,企業自然把焦點放在內部資源的加強,因此,近年來,知識管理成為企業界最熱門的一個話題;原因不外乎是企業急欲把能夠獲取的知識效能發揮到最大的程度,也就是提昇組織知識的存量及價值,而如何有效利用知識就成了企業能否有效進行知識管理的關鍵,同時也是知識管理成功與否的要素。
e-learning主要著重在兩個方面,一個是電子化”e”的部份,企業利用內部網路以及電子化的傳遞方式來增加知識管理的效率,另一個是learning的部份,也就是應用組織學習的概念來進行知識管理的工作,與學習型組織的理論互相對應,將企業組織視為有機體,可以藉由內部成員的學習共享,中期達成知識管理,長期而言,則極大化企業的績效表現。
以往知識管理的研究相當多,但是少有人從e-learning如何幫助企業進行知識管理的角度出發,因此,本研究試圖從e-learning的角度出發,去探討e-learning如何幫助企業進行知識管理的工作。
本研究經過個案公司深度訪談之後,得到以下結論及發現:
一、知識的產生、知識的流轉及知識的蓄積是知識管理基本的議題。
二、知識管理的核心概念是為組織或員工解決問題。
三、文化、評估、科技是主要影響知識管理的因素,學習型組織及知識工作者則可以有效幫助知識管理之實施。
四、電子化訓練、電子績效支援系統、線上學習、合作學習、前端網頁及入口網站及學習內容管理系統為e-learning系統的主要系統。
五、實務上,企業建置e-learning系統時,通常以企業入口網站、內容資料庫、電子化訓練、線上學習及合作學習為優先建置的目標,而電子績效支援系統則以其他的功能加以代替。
六、線上學習及合作學習可以幫助知識概念化的三個議題進行。
七、電子績效支援系統則有助於解決工作上問題。
The goal of enterprises is to survive and make profit. It depends not only on the cooperation of business environment , but also in the support of corporate resources. During the global recession today , enterprises should concentrate its focus on enhancement of internal resources naturally. Therefore , knowledge management become the modern topics between business world . the reason is that enterprise is eager to exploit corporate knowledge to the greatest extent and elevate the value and quantity of organization knowledge. And taking full advantage of knowledge is the key for enterprise to adopt KM efficiently and success.
E-learning mainly place focus on two aspects: one is for “e”. enterprises exploit internal network and electronic delivery method to increase KM efficiency. The other is the portion of “learning”. It means adopt concept of organizational learning for KM effectively. It regard corporate as organic structure. It could achieve KM in the midterm and maximize profit performance in the long term.
In the past few years , there’s a lot of studies on KM. But few of them focus their attention on how e-learning help the achievement of KM. Therefore , my thesis attempt to discuss how e-learning assist corporate KM for in terms of e-learning aspect.
There are some conclusions and discoveries below:
1.The inducement of knowledge , transition of knowledge and saving of knowledge are foundational issues of Knowledge Management.
2.The core concept of KM is to solve problems for employees and organizations.
3.Culture , evaluation and technology are main factors that influence KM. Learning Organization and Knowledge Worker would assist KM efficiently and effectively.
4.E-learning , EPSS , online learning , collaborative learning , front-end webpage and information website and LCMS are main subsystems of e-learning.
5.In practice , when corporate construct e-learning system , EIP , content database , e-learning , online learning , and collaborative learning would be their priorities. However , they apt to substitute the function of EPSS with other mechanism.
6.Online learning and collaborative learning are contributive to the process of three issues of knowledge conceptualization.
7.EPSS facilitate to solve the working problems which is the basic issue of KM.
