本研究旨在探討職業成就與休閒行為、休閒態度之關係，以及休閒行為與休閒態度之關係，同時探究工作時間與年齡的不同是否分別會對職業成就與休閒行為、以及職業成就與休閒態度間之關係造成干擾。研究結果顯示，職業成就的不同在休閒行為參與上有顯著差異；薪資成就的不同在休閒態度的看法上有顯著差異；工作時間的不同對職位成就與休閒行為之關係產生干擾，年齡的不同對薪資成就與休閒行為之關係形成干擾，薪資的不同對職位、工時與休閒行為之關係形成干擾，職位的不同對薪資、工時與休閒行為之關係形成干擾，工時的不同對職業成就與休閒行為之關係形成干擾。本研究結果將提供休閒事業之人員作為參考。

The purpose of this study is to examine the relations between career success and leisure behavior, and leisure attitude, and the relation between leisure behavior and leisure attitude. We also try to investigate whether the different working hour and age will moderate the relations between career success and leisure behavior and that between career success and leisure attitude separately. Results indicate a significant variance of different career success on participation of leisure behavior, and that of different salary success on the viewpoint of leisure attitude as well. There are moderate effects of different working hour on the relation between career success and leisure behavior, of different salary on the relation between working hour and leisure behavior, of different position on the relation among salary, working hour and leisure behavior, and of different working hour on the relation between career success and leisure behavior. These findings will be provided as the reference to the related leisure businesses.
