邇來,隨著市場環境持續快速地變遷,現今的企業面對日益劇增的全球化競爭而競相進行變革,以避免被競爭者、消費者與環境所淘汰,許多管理者開始將「組織學習」(Organizational learning, O.L.)視為一項有效的變革工具。「組織學習」的概念最早是由Argyris & Schon(1978)於70年代後期所提出,主要目的在於協助組織成員創造知識、分享經驗、與改善工作績效,進而將此成效轉化為有效的行動能力,並提升組織的競爭力。職是,對企業而言,透過組織學習活動來提升組織成員之個人能力及企業之競爭優勢顯得愈發重要。
本研究著眼於在不同產業環境下,組織因素(領導型態、組織文化、組織結構)的差異在組織學習過程中會引發不同類型的組織學習障礙,而透過資訊科技的中介作用則可能造成不同的效果。透過實際調查160家傳統產業與高科技產業,輔以t檢定、ANOVA分析、層級迴歸分析與LISREL分析,研究結果發現:1.組織因素之差異確實影響學習障礙類型的發生;2.不同類型的資訊科技確實對於學習障礙有顯著的降低效果;3.不同產業特性的實證結果確實存在顯著差異。
Enterprises nowadays are facing more and more global challenges owing to the fast-changing business environment. Some of them choose to survive by making vital changes; but some of them choose to be phased-out, by competitors, consumers, and the macro-economic environment. Many managers see O.L.(Organizational Learning) as a powerful tool of changing. The concept of organizational learning was proposed in late seventies by Argyris and Schon (1978). The effective organization learning will enhance workers in business to create knowledge, to share value experience and to improve the performance. Therefore, it is an essential function for business to improve their competitive advantage through organization learning activities.
This paper focus on that the difference among organizational factors (Leadership style, organizational culture, organizational structure) may bring different organizational learning disability under different industrial environment. And there may be a different result through the mediation of information technology. This paper takes a census of 160 traditional and high-tech companies by t-test, ANOVA analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and LISREL analysis method. The result shows that : 1. the difference of organizational factors certainly arises learning disabilities. 2. different style of information technology certainly decreases organizational disabilities. 3. the difference result certainly exists under different industrial environment.
