目前高爾夫球製造廠商迫切需求在其球品檢上能顯著地降低品檢逃脫率,因此,本文提出一影像輔助圖字型商標品檢法,期以滿足廠商的需求。本文中詳細說明已獲得的初步成果,這初步成果包括:解決光源設計的問題、發展影像伺服球定位機構、及研發圖字型商標影像輪廓匹配法。本文重點在於探討影像輔助品檢中有關圖字型商標影像輪廓匹配的問題,文中並提一新的影像輪廓匹配法,本影像輪廓匹配法採用圖字型商標影像輪廓長度、圍繞面積、形狀因數等輪廓特徵、以及輪廓間幾何拓樸關係,文中將舉實例證明本影像輪廓匹配法之適用性。
There is a demanding need for manufacturers to reduce the escape rate on inspection of golf balls. Vision-based inspection is then proposed to fulfill this need. This paper presents a preliminary work on the development of a visual inspection system for golf logos. This preliminary work includes the development of a vision-based mechanism to control the orientation of golf logos for automatic inspection. Included in this work is also the development of a logo matching method which emphasizes the importance of using the size, shape, topology, and spatial relations of logo contours. Detailed description of the proposed logo matching method is given. Illustrative examples are included to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method.
