在本篇論文中,我們研究穩態狀況下,含有R個不可靠的卸貨站(unloader)及N部完全相同且獨立的拖車( trailer )之排隊系統。
首先,我們推導系統的穩態分析解。然後,再建立成本函數,
在不同的卸貨站排隊系統下,求得卸貨站個數與 值的最佳解,
以達到最低成本。在最佳的營運條件下,針對不相同的系統參數值,
我們提供系統效應( system performance )之數值結果。
最後,敏感度分析也列入研究當中。

In this thesis, we study R-unreliable-unloader queueing system in which N identical and independent trailers are unloaded by R unloaders. We first develop the steady-state analytic solutions of the system. Next, the expected cost function is developed in order to determine the optimal values of the number of unloaders R and extra finishing rate so as to minimize the expected cost function. Under the optimal operating conditions, numerical results are provided in which several system performance measures are evaluated for several cases. Finally, sensitivity analysis is also investigated.
