量測電子構裝三度空間輪廓尺寸的方法,大致可分為探針接觸式與光柵投影之雷射掃瞄非接觸式兩大類。探針接觸式的量測方法為利用感測探頭,直接接觸電子構裝表面,並將表面輪廓的高低變化當成高度的資料處理。因為必須一點一點接觸到待測物表面,因而垂直面間會因感測器形狀在接觸電子構裝時而可能產生量測的誤差,或接觸面有可能因感測器的接觸而遭受破壞。另外由於需要逐點來量測,所以必須逐點移動感測器之位置,因此若需量測較複雜且不規則之幾何形狀時,將是費時且費事。
本篇採用雷射掃瞄投射疊紋技術,此技術是一種非接觸式之光學量測方法,配合雷射二極體、CCD擷取攝影機,以及精密移動平臺CNC (NUMBER COMPUTER CONTROL MACHINE)等設備,利用雷射線投影在物體輪廓上及CNC平臺的X、Y、Z三軸之精確移動,將紅色雷射線隨掃描擷取物體表面變形條紋之訊息,經由CCD擷取影像輸入電腦,然後利用數位影像處理之技術,經由電腦計算待測物之三次元輪廓,再利用三度空間電腦繪圖技術,將待測物之三次元輪廓,清晰的展示在電腦螢幕上。
The measurements of the IC package in three-dimensional space can be divided into the following two types: Using probe to get in touch with the surface of the material and using the grating of the Laser beam to project shadow on the surface.
The probe method is by direct contact with the surfaces of the IC package and measures the changes of its height levels. Because of direct contact with the surface of the material to be measured, errors can happen due to the shape of the sensor or due to its damage when in contact with the material.

As the measurement is performed point by point, we have to move the sensor in the same way. Therefore if we measure the shapes of complicated or irregular geometric objects, it will be very troublesome and time-consuming.
To overcome such defect in measurement, the purpose of this paper is to adopt a different method called the Laser beam projects the technique of the Moir’e. Such technique is based on a non-contact measuring method using Laser beam, combined with the CCD and CNC equipment.
By scanning Laser beam on the outline of the object and the precise movements of the X-Y-Z axes of the CNC platform . The red line of the Laser with scan to capture the surface of the object to transform the message of grain, picking the image to input the computer through CCD, then make use of the technique of digital processing of the image, calculating the outline of the three-dimensional space of the object of the diagraph through computer, make use of again the three-dimensional space of the painting the technique, will measure the outline of the three-dimensional space of object, and is clear to display on the screen of the computer.
