台灣區電線電纜業廠商前往大陸地區投資的比例極高,但卻無任何有關本行業兩岸員工工作價值觀、工作投入、工作滿足及組織承諾的學術研究。
本研究係以國內某知名電纜集團為例,探討其台灣與大陸員工之工作價值觀、工作投入、工作滿足與組織承諾間相互關係,對於資料分析所使用的方法依序為敘述性統計分析、因素分析、信度檢定、單因子變異數分析、Duncan多重檢定與典型相關分析。本研究發現如下:
(1)大陸女性員工較男性員工重視內在價值。(2)台灣員工已婚者較未婚者重視內在價值及工作趨避;大陸員工已婚者重視的是晉升價值、社會地位價值以及工作趨避程度。(3)台灣員工工作年資在一年以下者重視內在價值,在一年至五年之員工的敬業精神較低,年資在一年以內以及十年以上之員工則較重視敬業精神;大陸員工工作年資在一年以上者較一年以下者重視晉升價值,五年以上者較五年以下者重視社會地位價值。(4)台灣員工教育程度為高中職以下者較高中職畢以上者重視晉升價值。(5)台灣員工生產單位較重視薪酬價值;大陸方面,主管單位則重視內在價值。(6)台灣與大陸員工的職務為生產單位者,工作趨避程度高。(7)台灣員工其工作價值觀與工作投入的相關性較大陸員工高。(8)台灣員工其工作投入與工作滿足的相關性較大陸員工高。 (9)台灣員工其工作投入與組織承諾的相關性較大陸員工高。 (10) 台灣員工工作價值觀與工作滿足的相關性會較大陸員工高。(11)台灣之員工其工作價值觀與組織承諾的相關性會較大陸員工高。
